5* service from start to finish. Booked an MRI scan & was handheld throughout the process, from the lovely lady (Shirley) who dealt with my booking & greeted me at reception. To the incredibly helpful GP who very patiently answered all my questions both pre & post my scan. I did a lot of research to find a first class company & it really paid off. I would never normally pay private but as time was of the essence I needed to. Would highly recommend, Louise.

The Dr was thorough with the pre screening and the follow-up call after the scan.
Gave very helpful advice for next steps.

I had great experience with Shannr
I had great experience with Shannr. From the first time I phoned to the end of the scan and results. I Doctor phoned me on the day and gave me the go ahead. The appointment process was easy and quick. On the day of my appointment, there was no waiting and got seen straight away. 3 days later a Doctor called me to tell me the results and then sent me a email.

Attenitive, compassionate, speedy
I am very grateful to SKANNR for my experience, it was an incredibly easy process and all the team members throughout were very friendly and attentive. My pre and post scan consultations were very clear and thorough, I didn't feel rushed at any stage and was treated with great compassion. Fortunately good news was very reassuring and saved a lot of drawn-out worry for me and my family

We had a really excellent experience…
We had a really excellent experience using scanner.com to arrange an MRI for my 17-year-old daughter.
The website itself is incredibly easy to use, and what I found particularly helpful is that it clearly shows pricing upfront. We were able to find a nearby appointment for £300, which felt like great value.
The service from start to finish was impeccable. We managed to get an MRI booked for the very next day, which made a huge difference as we were keen to get answers quickly.
What really stood out was the follow-up. The doctor called us to go through the report and was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and genuinely caring. He took the time to ask how my daughter was doing, which meant a lot. It didn’t feel rushed or clinical, it felt like he truly cared.
Being able to speak to a doctor as well as receive the report made the whole experience feel much more personal and reassuring.
I would highly recommend this service. We were really, really impressed.

Efficient and quick service for low…
Efficient and quick service for low cost.
Paid for service on a Saturday and had a doctor call to discuss symptoms and arrange referral less than 15 minutes after. Scan booked for Tuesday.
Phone call and report on the Friday!
all for £290.
My only point of improvement was on the experience of the scan itself. Had to wait in a small room for too long and didn't have the scan explained to me beforehand.

Best experience I have had over many years of dr's and hospitals. Refreshing to being treated by people who are polite, recognise you are the most important person, show they care from start to finish.
