I recently decided to try the smoking Joe's filtered cigars. They taste ok when you can get one without issues. Filtes pull right off the cigars trying to get them out of the pack. If the filter don't come off they are so poorly put together that the filters are so loose you stuck more air than anything else. I am having to throw out 5 to 10 cigars in every single pack. That's too much of a loss to ever buy them again. Very very dissatisfied with them and unfortunately for me, I bought four cartons of them. Very poorly made cigars. If I could afford to send them back, I would. However, I can't afford to send them back and buy new at the same time. Wish I had never ordered them.

Terrible customer service item never received and then only offering store credit?? Told them not interested in store credit and need a full refund but now not heard anything in weeks. Had to get the money back from the bank. Reported to Trading standards via citizens advice, if you’ve had issues do the same it takes 10 mins and helps them to bring a case against him

I ordered a moncler windbreaker off them on September 2nd payed for next day delivery which did not turn up next day ,after day 2 I emailed no response! They then sent me a WhatsApp number to message which then responded that the jacket was unavailable, so why wasn’t it updated on the website as sold out ? They then said to me we can offer you store credit which I didn’t want so they said we have got a couple more jackets to look at none to my taste so requested a full refund it has now been a month and still not received a full refund I have message the number time and time again no response do not buy of this business they are cowboys no customer service whatsoever

Sent me the wrong size shoe and sent no box and dustbag and when i try contact them they just ignore my calls and texts on whatsapp

Sent a Burberry jacket for sale by recorded delivery at the beginning of November. The item was received, however almost a month later there has been no communication despite providing my name, email address and contact number in the package as asked. I've tried leaving messages on their website, emailing them, calling them, what do I get..................crickets

I found this shop through instagram, checked it out and wasn’t disappointed! Great stuff, great quality clothes and rare sneakers you can’t get anywhere. With the exception service and fast shipping I would highly recommend!
