Only ordered a mug, was meant to be a birthday present. Been waiting more than 26 days now. Tried to email and contact them several times and had no response or news whatsoever. Quite laughable they put 'fast customer service' on the website. It's only fast in that they've disappeared off somewhere quick with my money...

15/08/23 - well this is awkward, turns out my neighbour had it, and despite seeing them between when my package arrived and today, at no point did they mention they had my parcel.
Therefore, I owe an apology to Six Yards Out, and retract my one star review, they did in fact send and deliver my parcel quite rapidly, and were quick to respond to my earlier review to try to resolve the matter. Therefore, 5 stars are due! 🙈

Haven’t received the product still. Ordered 4 weeks ago and had no updates regarding dispatch or delivery without having to message the company myself. Was told it could take up to ten working days. Waiting and still not received. They did say they would send another one out but have not received yet so will see.

I ordered a vintage Ceefax football result mug for my brother's birthday. Somehow while ordering, I managed to delete the details of the match I wanted printed. I received an email from sixyards pointing this out so attached a screenshot in my reply of the match I wanted. The mug then arrived quicker than I expected and was really well packaged. An excellent product and great customer service. Thank you.

Ordered a beach towel at the cost of £23 as a gift. Extremely poor quality. Very thin material and patchy printing. Not suitable to gift to anyone sadly.

The process of inputting the match info was a bit of a ballache but the product is spot on! And my Mrs was really pleased with it.

I ordered a mug and it didn’t arrive for over 10 days, probably lost by Royal Mail. I emailed the company who replied very quickly, apologised and sent another that arrived the next day.

Great service. Ordering was very easy via the website. I provided the main details and they found the rat and printed my mug accordingly. Would recommend and would use again.

Ordered on the 7th December and still awaiting delivery, Royal Mail tracker states they’ve not received it yet

What a fantastic website for any football fan! I bought 2 mugs from here for Christmas presents. One was a standard design and one was personalised. Both are excellent quality and look really good. The personalised one is exactly how I wanted it, it’s perfect.
