Das Preise-leistung Verhältnis, Innenraum und Ausstattung des Autos waren gut. Besonders gut war, dass ich ein gutes M Series BMW bekommen habe.

A scam company. The usual - return a car, they pretend they found the 35th damage in their initial report, try to invoice for things they didn't even claim (from one dent to 3 scratches on a different location and lack damage...), then try to change the initial report 9 months later to include them...

WARNING!!! - Credit Card Fraudsters!

I rented a car from Sixt in Zurich Airport in August 2025. We even took full insurance due to the horror stories where people were getting charged for damages. In October 2025 my credit card was charged for EUR 3k and the transaction was from Sixt in Switzerland! I immediately contacted my bank in Australia as to me this was a fraud. They informed me to contact Sixt as well, as it was such a coincidence that the fraud happened where we rented the car from three months before. I immediately contacted Sixt expecting urgent action, but their response has been absolutely unacceptable! They have done NOTHING to investigate, NOTHING to assist, and NOTHING to reassure me that their systems are secure. They just keeping asking for a rental agreement which I don't have as the car was rented three months prior. Furthermore, they are just pretending that they have no clue how to find my agreement under my name on their system. This is not just an inconvenience, it’s a serious security breach.
This level of negligence is shocking for an international brand. If Sixt cannot protect customer payment information or take responsibility when things go wrong, they should not be in business. I strongly urge anyone considering Sixt to avoid them at all costs. Your financial security is at risk, and they clearly do not care. I'm now in the process of searching for the customer protection and police authorities in Switzerland to report Sixt and their employees for fraud. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SIXT!

Mitarbeiter wie immer sehr freundlich. Bestes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bei der Anmietung von Transportern. Seit 6Jahren buche ich nur noch Transporter bei Sixt Schweiz, hatte nie Probleme und für meine langen Fahrten / Ümzüge hatten sie bei weitem immer die besten Preise.
In der Kategorie Auto Mietwagen sind sie im Vergleich immer sehr teuer, deswegen habe ich hier noch keine Erfahrungen bei Sixt Schweiz gemacht.

The agent Mealie was fantastic. She made it the best experience I have ever had renting a car, and I have rented hundreds. If shes not a manager, she should be.

Hervorragender Service bei Sixt Rent a Car – Basel Flughafen Mulhouse
Ich hatte eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung bei Sixt am Flughafen Basel–Mulhouse. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Dame am Schalter, die mich äußerst freundlich, kompetent und professionell betreut hat.
Der gesamte Ablauf – von der Abholung bis zur Übergabe des Fahrzeugs – war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr gut organisiert. Alle meine Fragen wurden geduldig und verständlich beantwortet, und ich habe mich von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.
So einen kundenorientierten und herzlichen Service erlebt man heutzutage leider nicht mehr oft. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung – ich werde Sixt an diesem Standort definitiv weiterempfehlen und gerne wiederkommen!

Very warm welcome at the airport reception desk with Lauriane as well the the car gararge pick-up desk.

Lot of things about Sixth are top notch, but the best is your customer support team at the reception. Baptiste is an amazing person, extremely polite and helpful.

Fast check in with modification from Mr Mejdi, clearly explained rental contract and clarified instructions for pick up and drop of. The car is at very good condition and clean. Pick up and drop off is very easy

The airport pickup experience was fantastic because I met a very friendly receptionist named Zaki! Zaki's service was incredibly warm and attentive, and I was able to choose a car that I absolutely loved. I was very satisfied. I will definitely choose Sixt again next time I rent a car!
