After I finished my sourcing course, I was largely left to figure things out on my own, which can be very isolating. Joining this community has been one of the best decisions I've made, it's a fantastic community that offers plenty of help with your deals and is genuinely supportive. The added bonus is that you can actually do business with them, which is great, as it removes one more obstacle and gives you a real chance to learn and grow your business fast.

While deal sourcing might not be for everyone, Sitefindr is a great place to be if that's what you'd like to do. Reshma and Hav are warm, enthusiastic, professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The training is well structured and easy to follow at your own pace.

We recently completed on a portfolio purchase through Sitefindr, 22 PLOs, 1 and 2 bed properties in the South East.. and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently.
It was a genuinely strong deal that looks likely to have £600k+ upside, eventually, over 6 years.
As with any transaction, there were a lot of challenges along the way, as you would expect with 22 properties, but the team handled everything brilliantly. They stayed proactive, communicated clearly, and pushed things through when needed, which made a huge difference, and their help went well past the actual completion date and included help with the handover.
If you’re an investor looking for reliable, well-packaged deals and a team that actually delivers on what they say, I’d highly recommend Sitefindr. We will definitely be working with them again.
