Do not buy from them..

I’m very disappointed because I received a similar item to the one I have ordered and paid for .
A cheep reproduction of something it used to be on their site . Probably they thought that I won’t be able to remember it . Buy I had pictures from the dress and the invoice with the picture of the product. When my wear it I totally understood.

J'ai commandé plusieurs fois sur ce site. Je n'ai reçu qu'une partie de mes articles. Aussi les modèles présenté sont vendu beaucoup plus cher que sur shein. C'est juste un revendeur de Shein.
Les retours sont payant, ils ne proposent aucune alternative si le produit ne correspond pas. Ils m'ont envoyé une robe cassé, aucun avoir.
Les robes sentaient mauvais !!! Comme si elles avaient été porté.

La qualité shein pour plus cher. Ne commandez pas là-bas !

Great products for the price.

The quality of the products are definitely better than the price. Sizing is true to fit. Better allow 3 weeks to receive products on East Coast of Canada. Customer service was fast to reply to an order delay and dealt with it immediately.

Poor quality & difficult to get refunded

I ordered two items on 11-04-25 and I received one of them last week but it was the wrong item. The other one still hasn’t been delivered.
I asked for a refund and they keep telling me to keep the wrong item & ignored the fact the other still hasn’t been delivered.

The quality of the item I did receive was poor quality. They are difficult to deal with on refunding. Delivery time is outrageous, almost 2 months

Update ……..12-29-25 after posting this, they refunded me partially. I made a claim with my credit card & they informed me part of the refund was credited back.

Update again……01-22-26 so they decided not to fully refund me on the wrong dress or the one that they didn’t send. My credit card ended up refunding me after about a 2 week investigation on my proof. I will never buy from sisterparty again. I shared this experience on my social media. I was scammed.

I ordered an outfit for Halloween and I tracked it for 3 weeks. It finally made it to my town and then immediately said that it was returned to sender for insufficient address! There is no number to call for you and the post office was even worse help!
I can’t stand to get the run around like this and I will forever tell everyone how bad your service was! I live in a big city and go to college there and I can only hope that I make your life as difficult as me trying to talk to someone about this package has made mine. Dishonest

Dishonest. Sizing off on many items. Their promise of a full refund is not true, they will counter offer to shy you away from returning but the offer is insulting. You don't get an address to return anyway. It's all games with this company that must be foreign. They play games. I've ordered twice and both times were bad. The first time I never got my item and didn't realize my second order was with the same company.
