Sistaco is an amazing company with incredible products. Their customer service team is top notch and Chantelle is always ready to answer questions and post videos on their FB page - what CEO does that?! I've never been good with standard nail polish but with Sistaco mineral powders, its just that easy to do! My favorite product would be the finishing touches as they not only strengthen your nails, but look amazing too! You wont be dissapointed with Sistaco!

Oh my gosh - Sistaco is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!

Before Sistaco, I couldn’t keep anything on my nails longer than two days as it chipped - and the constant removal and reapplication wrecked my nails.

I’m even learning how to do easy nail art using their Pattern Press to create beautiful stamped designs.

I absolutely love Sistaco!! Honestly I had quit painting my nails for years because of the strong smells and it just didn’t feel like a healthy thing to do anymore. Sistaco products are scent free easy to use. No more sitting and waiting for nails to dry only to end up ruining them because I lose patience and start doing things before they dry. With Sistaco you set them under the lamp for 2 minutes as a final step and they are completely dry and you can go about your day. The color and product options are phenomenal and so fun to play with!! It is definitely my new hobby/obsession 😊💕💕💕

The products really speak for themselves, but customer service is where Sistaco shines! Not only have they created a collective where we can share and inspire each other, but simply asking a question of the group results in a personal email with several options. Can't thank Sistaco enough for their products and service.

This one star is specifically for the customer service attendant, Maria, and here is why.

I purchased three jars of powder. Two of them — the black glitter shades — did not last on the nail tips as advertised. After only three days they began to dissolve, despite the product claiming a durability of 2–3 weeks. I followed all application steps carefully, watched the instructional videos, and as a qualified nail technician, I am fully confident the product was applied correctly. The failure was clearly with the product, not the technique.

I contacted customer support to report this issue. Instead of acknowledging the defect or showing any empathy, Maria responded with lengthy instructions on how to apply the product — completely ignoring the actual problem raised. There was no apology, no recognition of the issue, and no indication that the matter would be escalated or investigated.

At no point was I even asking for a refund. What I expected was basic professionalism and customer care. After further correspondence, it became clear that my concern was simply being dismissed.

When I pointed out that my issue had not been addressed and that I did not need application instructions, her response was: "I'm sorry you feel like my response was not addressing your complaint. Please follow the tips I sent you, you will find you will get much better results."

This was, once again, a complete failure to acknowledge the problem and felt dismissive and disrespectful.

My advice: think carefully before investing in these products. Even low-cost alternatives last longer, and if you encounter any issue, do not expect meaningful support.

If you wish to experience a customer service that offers no empathy, no solutions, and no accountability, then contact Maria. You can expect your concern to be ignored and your experience as a customer to be invalidated.

Very disappointing.
