Shocking service. They sent a dress different to the one I ordered then expected me to spend £30 to return it or accept only 15% refund even though they sent a different order. Do not recommend at all

My Sister and I Ordered not One but TWO RatFink Models One week Apart from First order and SECOND order..According To Hand HOLDING the Model In SISICA PICTURE this will be a BIG Model which is what I was Looking For...SCAMMED BIG TIME!!! Actual Model is 5 Times SMALLER than SISICA ADVERTIZED PICTURE!!!We Received ONE Model TODAY 10/29/2026 BUT the SECOND Model is Still MISSING!!and Very DISAPPOINTED in SIZE Plus its MISSING the Shifter as well!!!! What a RIP OFF!! I Wish they was a Place to UPLOAD the Actual Picture SISICA Displayed to make you THINK the Model was HUGE and then UPLOAD the ACTUAL Picture of this Tiny Model MISSING its SHIFTER so Model is NOT Complete!!!!!!!! What a Major SCAM!!!!!

Bought a headlamp for hiking that was advertised as usb rechargeable. It was poor quality and old stock!!! When delivered it was something completely different, it was only rechargeable through 12volt or 24volt which is useless for hiking.
At first they offered me 20% refund then after endless emails it increased to 60% refund. I had to accept this as that’s as far as they would go. So in the end I payed $35 US dollars for something that was not what was advertised, and completely useless for hiking.
I would not recommend buying anything off SISICA. Being from Australia it was too expensive to send back for a full refund.

AVOID BUYING THE DEER BLANKET – EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying the deer blanket to think twice. The quality is extremely poor, and the actual product looks absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised on the website. It feels cheap and completely fails to meet expectations.

The customer service has been just as disappointing as the product itself. After going back and forth via email trying to resolve this issue, the best they have offered me is a measly 15% refund while expecting me to keep an item I am extremely unhappy with.

What makes matters worse is that returning the product would mean shipping it all the way back to China at my own expense. This was not made clear to me before purchasing, and the cost of international return shipping makes this option completely impractical.

I have also since noticed that the website now appears to be operating under the name Oak & Coral, which has raised further concerns for me. Given my experience, I am worried about the transparency of this business and why the branding appears to have changed.

Overall, this has been a thoroughly disappointing experience, from the misleading product images to the poor customer service and unsatisfactory refund offer. I would encourage anyone considering a purchase to do their research carefully, read independent reviews, and be aware of the potential difficulties involved in returning an item.

I regret making this purchase and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Scam. Delivery ETA was changed by email after ordering. Asked for a refund which should be within their 24 hour window. Refused as item dispatched. Order tracking on their site reads 'order not found'. Second email advising dispatch. Page still says 'no order found' Assume the 5 star reviews here are astroturfing. Will need to process a chargeback I fear

Scammers. Do not order from them! I ordered an iPhone case for £16, described as “Premium quality”, and got a very poorly made piece of plastic, not even worth £2. I made a complaint, but they refused to send me a prepaid return label. Instead, they want me to pay for a label to China, even though the website says the store is registered in the US. The item doesn’t match the description at all. I have reported this as fraud. Even Temu sells better quality products.

I came to your website for the silk lined hat. It’s a natural fibre and I the best for my kids and family!

Clearly explained product, website was easy to use able to find products easily. Conformation of the order came straight through. Next steps and time scales included .

This company should be taken off the Internet. They offer a 50 percent refund if you give a five star review, which should be illegal, and I don't think you would receive any refund whatsoever. Waited an age for my fleece to arrive and when it did finally arrive it was totally useless, the tag said extra large but it was actually extra small, I have put it in a charity bag. The best bit is still to come, my bank flagged the transaction as a scam and froze my debit card, and after many attempts to get my card back up and running I had to cancel it and order a new one. Avoid this company like the plague.

It is not about great is is more about convenience and price. As to my shopping experience. I cannot rate the product until I recieve and use it.

The item Sisica sent me is half the size of the one in the advertisement picture, and it’s a cheap plaster replica, and it is painted very poorly. I replied to Sisica with a picture of the one they advertise, and the poor one they sent me. I am not satisfied with this.
Sisica's response to my complaint: After reviewing your case, the item was delivered in good condition and matches the product listing on our store. Since this is a preference-based concern, return shipping would normally be at the customer’s expense as stated in our store policy. Therefore they will not refund my money, and maintain that this very poor imitation of the advertised product is "good enough".

BE AWARE OF THR SCAM.

The descriptions are very misleading and they sell terrible quality items.

Mine in particular took nearly 2 months to arrive, they initially offered a partial refund and then they refused to provide.

It takes forever to speak to customer service and they sound very dodgy.
