🌟 There’s no option to give more than 5 stars — otherwise, I gladly would!

I’m writing this review on a 6 a.m. train from Edinburgh to Nottingham to collect the keys to my first investment property. And truly, if it weren’t for Kelly, this journey wouldn’t be happening today.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kelly on my recent investment property purchases, and I’ve been consistently impressed by her exceptional professionalism, deep knowledge of the mortgage market, and most importantly, the genuine ownership she takes of the entire process.

Every time we faced a challenge — and there were quite a few — Kelly tackled them head-on with confidence and clarity, always ensuring I achieved the best possible outcome. Her ability to stay composed and focused under pressure speaks volumes about her industry expertise and the reputation she has clearly earned over the years.

I must also give a heartfelt shout-out to Maisy, who has been incredibly diligent, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Despite juggling many clients, Maisy always made time to answer calls, provide timely updates, chase lenders, and handle queries — all with a personal touch that made the entire experience feel human, not transactional.

A huge thank you to both Kelly and Maisy — you’ve made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable. Highly recommended without hesitation.
