We had a great experience with SIP KITS UK, and I’d especially like to thank Gareth for overseeing our project from start to finish.

He was always patient, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We even decided at the last minute to change our window and door frames from anthracite grey to black, and Gareth handled it without any issues. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

His communication was excellent throughout, and he was always available to help with any queries or requirements. We really appreciated all of his support and would happily recommend SIP KITS UK to anyone considering their services.

Fair to say SIP's Kit UK provide a great product at a good price.

Even though we had a few delays due to planning 'curved balls' being thrown at us Gareth & his team were there to support us and provided supporting documentation when requested by the planning department.

Ultimately delivering a wonderful garden room which we are now enjoying.

My one recommendation is that you use the SIP's UK installation team as they do a great job & know the install process inside out.

If you're on a budget (or not for that matter!) this is a great choice but without compromising on quality.

Really great product at a good price. Easy design process and Gareth had all the answers to my queries. We chose to have it constructed and really liked the ground screw option. Fitters did a great job. If you are on a budget this is a good choice but without compromising on quality. Just factor in additional cost for plastering, if you choose that, electrics and flooring.

We recently had a 7m x 4m garden room installed by SIP KITS UK for our home gym and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the end result. From start to finish the whole process was smooth, professional and well organised.

A massive thank you to Gareth in particular, he was brilliant throughout. Always easy to get hold of, answered every question we had and made sure everything ran exactly how it should. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of the build and customer service.

The quality of the garden room is unreal, solid build, really well insulated and finished to a very high standard. It’s completely transformed the space at home and has made the perfect gym setup for us. The attention to detail on the installation was spot on and the team were tidy, respectful and worked incredibly hard.

If anyone is considering a garden room, gym, office or similar, I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SIP KITS UK. Top quality company and a top quality service from Gareth and the team.

A representative of SIP Kits UK Ltd, attended the evidentiary court hearing on 5 March 2026 by telephone.

The same representative attended the two previous court hearings in November 2025 and January 2026, again by telephone.
Across all three hearings, no documents, emails or other evidence were produced by SIP Kits UK Ltd in support of their position.

The decree was therefore not granted “in absence”, contrary to the impression given in the company’s first reply. That initial reply has since been replaced with the new narrative below.

I’m fairly confident that sensible readers will conclude that no-one, not even the most motivated of ‘women on a mission’, would endure a lengthy and tedious court process for the sake of a tiny 200mm discrepancy. I very much doubt any court would entertain such a petty and trivial claim.

Suffice it to say, the remainder of their reply is equally inaccurate and implausible.

I purchased a SIP garden room kit from SIP Kits UK Ltd.

The kit supplied was not the size ordered, certain materials that were invoiced were never supplied, and the delivery charge invoiced was significantly higher than the cost later admitted by the company.

After attempts to resolve the matter directly, I raised a claim in the Sheriff Court.

On 5 March 2026, the Sheriff Court granted decree against SIP Kits UK Ltd.

This court-ordered sum remains unpaid at this time.

This judgment is a matter of public court record and I was awarded over £5000 (including costs).

I would advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to carry out careful due diligence before proceeding. When spending significant amounts of money with ANY small company, checking for any past unsatisfied judgments on the Trust Online register could prove very useful and is always worth the £10 fee for peace of mind.

From start to finish excellent service. A pleasure to business with. All information sent on time and in good detail. The summerhouse fitting team were very good on time and really nice people. I would highly recommend. Build took 3 and a half days to complete and looks fantastic. Good communication though out and I received a call after the build had been completed to see if I was satisfied and to let me know if I had any problems to give them a ring and they would help with any issues. Over all brilliant service and a Beautiful looking Summerhouse.

Zero communication during the install process, left everything to a 3rd party installer, no project managementat all, there are so many other providers that I'd stay away from this one, especially for bigger projects where they don't seem to have experience. Continually blamed us as a customer for everything and anything, threateningto wlak away from the job over the phone, sent multiple incorrect items that we had to purchase alternatives for and once they received final monies they went completely dark, not a single visit/call/email through the install process.

From design to setting the date and installing the giant ground screws ( who knew these existed) to the completion in a short time. Love this garden Studio. Secret shed too. This will I believe enhance any house and garden with high quality materials.

I had always wanted my dream home snooker room and wasn’t sure it would be possible until I spoke to Sam from Sipkits. From the very start nothing was too much trouble for Sam, from my limited space and needing my building to be custom designed to accommodate all my needs. Having to stay within the planning requirements and making the building perfect for what I wanted was made easy from start to finish. I could not be happier with the quality and finish of my garden room. It’s absolutely stunning and better than I could have imagined. I had my garden room installed recently, the install went exactly to schedule and the finished room is fantastic, we split ours into two spaces one with aircon for floristry work and the other for relaxation and watching sport out of the way! The guys at SIPKITSUK couldn’t do enough for us, great service and a great product.
