Great experience. I ordered a sink and accidentally put the wrong email which meant I wouldn’t get any updates re delivery. Their online chat sorted this out for me quickly and efficiently. The sink was delivered with a couple of weeks and delivery was as stated. Would definitely recommend.

They supplied something I couldn't find anywhere else. The hob took longer to arrive than first indicated (I believe it came from Italy) but I was kept informed of delivery time throughout. The hob is topnotch and I am thrilled with it.

I'm very happy with my Bosch induction hob that I have bought for my new kitchen recently. It came within expected timeframe. I had a very good communication with customer service which is very rare these days. My hob is looking great. I'm going to purchase more appliances and recommending it to all my family as prices are very good.

Spoke to a agent could not confirm why their blanco only come with 2 year warrenty when Blanco uk offer 25 yesr warrenty. It's because it's imported from a different country and therefore blanco UK will not honour the warrenty.

All good, communication around delivery dates could have been a little better, but all went well.

MICROWAVE WAS FAULTY and THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK also

THEY OPENED THE SEALED BOX AND INSTALLED a PLUG ADAPTER converting it from the EU plug to UK 3pin one so when the product arrived it was NOT factory sealed , it was re taped with there company name written packaging tape

I bought a Samsung Microwave
We tried to use it few times in 2 days and we noticed it is not working properly and it was definitely faulty

I spoke to them but they refused to take it back , absolutely scammers

Again please avoid them

The prices are brilliant and it was quick delivery. Reason I’m giving 4* is because of the price of shipping to Northern Ireland. They were charging £15, extortionate! I had it delivered to my daughter in Manchester for free, who then posted it with Evri, they only charged £6.90, a more realistic postage price.

All communications clear and on time. Kept well informed of progress of sale.

A long delivery time but was worth the wait as so much cheaper

I needed a part replaced. It took over 2 months and several messages to get the part delivered. I was asked twice for my address even though it had been on the original order. There was no way to contact anyone on the phone

I didn't even expect it to be so good! Love Blanco sink it is exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly with my new kitchen. Delivery was super speedy!

Just bought a gas hob from Modern Kitchen. No problems; before buying I requested a delivery estimate, which was met. After bad experiences with other companies I requested that the item be securely wrapped. In response they kindly double-wrapped the box and it was delivered in the delivery promised delivery window too. Item in perfect brand new condition. In summary, a very good experience. Great price too!

We order a Bosch gas hob on Monday which was delivered at 2pm on Tuesday. Including the cost of delivery this was £2 cheaper than Curry's not a huge saving but better in our pocket than Curry's profits.

The product arrived well packaged and looks really good now that it has been fitted. Highly recommend this company and in future if I need any kitchen related appliances I will definitely check out their site.
