I took a survey for a $10 promo code April 4, 2024 for Carl's Jr, and the code they gave me isn't valid. I took this long survey for absolutely nothing, so beware! What a joke, don't even waste your time. I would give them a zero if I could.

Completely a SCAM, they never give you the promised points or the money for completing the survey. Once you about to complete the survey a message will pop up and say "invalid server” and your whole effort and time will be wasted by this cheaters. Please don’t ever do their surveys. They are data collectors without paying a penny.

Take the survey if you don't care, but they don't deliver on their promise of gift cards or any other comp.

They reach out with an offer to comp for the time to take the survey then don't deliver. Survey took about 20-30 min. I reached back out to let them know I never received as promised and they ghosted.

Easy use, although I don’t quite know what exactly is going on!!

Worst survey provider for analyzing movie and image trailers. Far too strict with the whole "Do not share outside of the survey," policy. Not a problem, but:

>Be Decipher Inc.
>Will disqualify you for even leaving full screen mode, pausing the video, and/or clicking anywhere outside the media
>Asks for permission to see what's been copied onto the clipboard (Copy & Paste feature, sees text and pictures)
>Prompts DURING the media is being played/shown
>Their media player doesn't even work: "Error loading Video"
>Automatic re-direct
>DISQUALIFIED

Seems like an excuse for bad website design and the company biting off more than it can chew. They already put I.D. overlay on each media to protect it, so what's the need for unnecessary & faulty A.I. detection software?

That, and it's pretty hit & miss on whether or not I can even finish the survey. Sometimes they credit me, other times they just disqualify me after reaching the completed/thank you page.

FAMOUS for that LONG, LONG, LONG, REPETITIVE healthcare survey for which they are only data harvesting and you will NOT get any compensation. Steer away from these rip off artists.

I finished a survey on animated movies...30 minutes, completed...they not pay me, total scammers !!!

Just my weekly reminder that Decipherinc.com are crooks. Like a fool, I took another one of their surveys, this one beginning with "soc", whatever that indicates. 10 minutes into, "you do not qualify for this survey"1 FU! These people are the worst. They should be investigated,

People responding saying they received their gift card are definitely paid to do so, or are employees.
This is also not the real e-mail address for the legit company. The survey takes wayyy longer than the quoted 15 mins. Mine for example took over 45 mins. Waited days and the giftcard never came.
This has got to be a scam to receive free information/data. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR RISK YOUR DATA!

Took this survey that they promised $75 for. it was an hour long and when it was over they just disappeared. No $75, no way to contact them. this is a scam. Do not take these surveys.

Sent a survey promising a $15 gift card. I took the survey and got nothing. DO NOT TAKE THEIR SURVEYS!

Decipherinc qualified me to take a survey about video games and yet they didn't compensate me at the end of the survey when I'd submitted it on January 27, 2023. I will never take their surveys ever again and I will advise other companies or platforms to reject working with them, so they wouldn't earn the revenue they need the most to function as a business. I would recommend anybody not to take their studies.

Dishonest. Takes time and collects info way beyond the advertised qualification process for the survey, and then well into the survey claims not qualified so they don’t have to pay out the incentive.

Received email to complete a survey in exchange for a $5 E-Gift card. Completed survey and never received gift card, emailed them and also got no response. Do not waste your time! Total scam!

Connection was lost every time when I do surveys with these ***** and unable to complete it

Sent an email claiming to be conducting market research on behalf of Uber. Seems to be a phishing attempt / data collection only. No actual research questions during survey.

I got an email on behalf of Uber from this company, invite at decipherinc.com. They never paid the gift card. It’s clearly a scam and phishing attempt.
