The quality of the jumper I bought is terrible. I have the exact same jumper already and loved it which is why I bought another but this one is very different to the first. Fabric is awful

I needed the item quickly
I needed the item quickly, contacted Sinead Keary via email, response arrived very quickly issue of delivery was sorted and item arrived 1 day later. The item was good quality and true to size. I will shop with Sinead again.

CLOTHES ARRIVED FULL OF CREASES. VERY DISAPPOINTED
I was extremely disappointed the way the garment arrived. It was full of creases. I have been buying this clothing for years and this wasnt my first experience where the clothes arrived in an appalling manner. Anytime I wear Sinead Keary clothes the pieces are always admired but in the last year I feel that the quality of the fabric used has definitely gone downhill. It wasnt just a few creases which u would expect with clothes arriving by post the garments were so badly creased it took me 25 minutes trying to steam a dress in this case and a skirt and top another time. They arrived like they had been rolled up in a ball which made brand new clothes look old and tatty.
The clothes are expensive but I feel like the quality of the clothes has greatly disimproved and I shouldn't have to spend ages trying to get creases out streaming brand new clothes.
Very disappointed as I used to really love this brand of clothing

Poor returns policy
Bought a co-ord trousers and top. Trousers arrived with stains on them. Wanted to return both as was bought as a set for an occasion. Wouldn’t refund me for the top. Extremely poor customer service (and also illegal as it was within 14 days of online purchase) will never buy from them again.
