Missed Black Friday Deals Due to Their Mistake
I placed an order for my wife’s boots during the Black Friday sale, with free carriage included. I was told the goods had been shipped, so I didn’t look elsewhere. Today I’ve been informed the order has been fully refunded instead.
No explanation. No replacement. And I’ve now missed all the Black Friday offers because I believed the item was already on the way.
Really poor service and very misleading. If the item wasn’t available, I should have been told immediately — not told it had shipped. I won’t be ordering again.

Good shopping, but the custom fee was missing during the checkout, so I was very surprised when I received the object. I think that it was fare to put a warning when it is selected a Europe Country. I don't buy anymore from this site.

Excellent and fast service
Excellent sevice having had to exchange Wellington boots for a different size, I had a quick response to my email enquiry regarding the exchange and the new boots arrived the next day. Very efficient and I would certainly recommend Sinclairs.

after I wrote Email to tell you that Someone: Flam Lin is a Internet Fraudster who Used my credit card to buy designer bags on your website, please stop the local logistics delivery package and cancel his consumption goods, but the response I got was disappointing.

Please know that we take all reports of fraudulent activity seriously. In this case, we received your email after the order had already been dispatched, and unfortunately, at that stage, we were unable to intercept the shipment through our logistics partner.
As we mentioned in our previous correspondence, we are more than willing to fully cooperate with PayPal's investigation process to resolve this situation. Since your initial message, we have not received any further updates or dispute notifications from PayPal. If you have filed a claim with them, please do let us know or forward any reference number so we can assist promptly.
