This is a joke, it's a scam.
Since february 11th the order status has been blocked on processing, when they say it takes 2 to 5 working days to unlock the device, but that's not true.
I sent two emails for a refund, but no response.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!

Paid the iCloud removal service on 1/12/24, more than 14 days past, it is still pending without a resolution. Numerous contacts to the vendor without any response. This is a fraudulent vendor, stay away from it. You need to refund the money if you cannot do the work.

Order #10818 was placed on January 12, 2024 and is currently iCloud Removal - In Process.

my order (11039) was placed on the 15th January,2024 and the order status is still PAYMENT PENDING as at today (19-01-2024). I tried to find out from them by email and no reply from simunlockpro

Hello.My problem is that i came to this site to unlock iphone 13 pro max, but It's been more than 1 month that I am waiting for an answer or even an email from them. Please help because they don't answer email and the stat of the job its in waiting to process more than 1 month like i say.. If you can't do it please tell me and please send an email or send me my refund... as you can see my ticket is from December 4th, "Just to let you know — we've received your order #9176, and it is now being processed"
Mail I receive 4th December 2023.
So from these date to now its the same state.

This place is a scam. I have a messenger reply from one of the good reviews that says this person never heard of this place. I will be passing this on to trustpilot. Please dont trust any positive reviews on here.what happened to anonymized?

It was there yesterday. Could it be that MB found out you were using her name and picture without consent? I think so cause I told her. More to follow scammers!!!

I ordered something on the 24th of October,2023 and still now when I check my order is still processing they said 10 to 24hrs but it been 5 days and they don’t reply my mails too . Please I don’t want to spoil your business or something if you’re legit do something about my order or refund my money besides I have proof I took screenshot when I was making the purchase my order number 7844 please do something else I will make sure nobody also get hurt because I don’t really know if you guys are scam or legit my order is 7844.

I ordered for many days but the status still processing, ID #7550. I sent them email and no receive any respond.
I see in their youtube and even truspilot have many fake reviews from same accounts (5 stars)

Update: the money has been refunded. But you should not to use this service!

They do not comunicate at all service advertises that takes 10 to 24 hours. 2 weeks allready and still no answers nothing at all not even an email to inform of the proces. Order still shows as pending and does not change status.
UPDATE NOVEMBER 3RD
More then a month and no answer from their support they do not answer numbers or emails. Hera i attached my receipt for verification of my bad experience with simunlockpro.com
