Both my daughters are studying on the programme & their reading with Tajweed has greatly improved with confidence

I was in need of a quick and efficient route in learning tajweed after other failed routes and SimplyTajweed did that for me. As a non-arabic speaker, I greatly valued the shortcuts developed in memorising the tajweed terms. I truly recommend ST to those seeking both a concise and laughter-filled route to tajweed. Simply tajweed reading 25/26 really really helped me. I came in with very very little knowledge. The teacher Malikah did an amazing job at making me feel supported the whole time. She even gave me separate foundation sessions which I benefited from the most. The books and content were really helpful and easy to follow. I highly recommend!

SimplyTajweed was a wonderful commitment to participate in at uni. Islam was the best teacher we could have asked for and made the Leeds class of 25/26 a joy to be a part of.
The class was informative, humorous, a weekly reminder of Islam and helped me maintain discipline and made Qur’an recitation something I look forward to.

This course with Islam Elserougi was an immense success. He was always patient with us throughout and I have definitely benefited a lot from these lessons more than I ever have. I can confidently say that I am able to recite the Quran more confidently knowing the Tajweed rules even better and where to apply each one of them.

Islam Elserougi was a phenomenal teacher - we got through all classes with no problem and it was so engaging.

We started with the basics - how to pronounce letters etc, and worked up to the different madd types, noon sakinah/tanween rules etc. Couldn’t be more satisfied after the course!

This course was extremely beneficial to me to teach me the rules of tajweed and help me improve my reading of the quran and I can hear a huge difference in my recitation thanks to this course. The teacher of this course in the Leeds isoc class 25/26 cohort Islam Elserougi was very supportive and knowledgeable of the course and was a very good teacher. I highly recommend the course to anyone wishing to improve their tajweed.

Simply Tajweed at Reading Uni 2025/26 changed my life! I had an amazing teacher (Malikah) who was extremely supportive and carried out the lessons amazingly.

This has been a very beneficial course! Beginner friendly yet still has new information for more intermediate learners if you’re willing to stick it out till the end.

I highly recommend the Simply Tajweed course. The classes were well structured, engaging and easy to follow, making Tajweed feel approachable and enjoyable to learn.

As a beginner I found this tajweed class very helpful. The course content is easy to understand and is taught by very dedicated and experienced teachers. Teachers especially sister Sadia and sister Khawla were amazing. I would highly recommend this course. I have also joined the Simply tajweed plus where I a able to implement the theory of Tajweed learnt in this course.

At the beginning, as a working single parent it felt like a big commitment having to carve up time to attend lesson. But MasyaAllah everything was effortless! They were so accommodating. The organisation, communication and effort to humbly makes learning rewarding is beyond what I expected. The teachers were knowledgeable and invested in making each lessons memorable. I couldn't ask for a better place to start my journey in learning the Quran.

I found the course very informative, concise and helpful. It made me understand tajweed easily and I am so much fluent in reading the Quran now. I really wish more people do this course and understand the basics of tajweed.

Simply Tajweed has truly been a blessing in my life. I was part of this course at Hull university through Hull Isoc. It is a truly digestible course and it has really benefitted my Quran recitation. The sessions are highly engaging and well-organized, addressing every aspect thoroughly. I've noticed noticeable progress and wholeheartedly recommend these classes to anyone. The teaching methods are straightforward and accessible, helping me identify and correct errors I wasn't even aware of. I've gained a wealth of knowledge, and the instruction is well-suited for learners at any tajweed level.
