Customer service ABSOLUTELY NONE.

I am appalled at the attitude of the members of staff who threatened to cancel my order when I was desperate to have my business cards done quickly. The member of staff asked me to approve a design however if I wasn't happy with it she was going to cancel my order (!?!). They said they wanted a yes or no answer whether I was happy - but when I said that I wanted to change just one thing they said they were going to cancel the order.
They mislead me as to when it would be ready which cost me one courier charge. They then directly advised the courier to come back at 6.30pm when he arrived they denied that they had told him that. It cost me £33.00 before the cards even left.
Be careful this as it seems theirs were the only right answers. If you don't say what they want to hear they may threaten to cancel your order!!!! Bizarre! They advertise as a same day quick service but they clearly wanted to go home and were just unwilling to make the minor changes. (simply centralise the bottom line) Throughout over this short period of time only one set of only changes were made before they threatened to cancel. Unreal. I have worked in the TV design industry for 20 years and I have never encountered such obtuse behaviour.

POWER HUNGRY absolutely! I don't like to be too harsh but the attitude of the staff were unhelpful and really unnecessarily uptight and officious. I sincerely hope they were just having a bad day, but to be honest I don't think I will risk another encounter!

Dear Tayyaba,

I am sorry that you felt that our service wasn't sufficient for your needs.

Let me answer all the points made:
1) Your order came in very close to the close of business and we gave you 2 options:
a) To go for a simple design and have the order done quickly.
b) Go for something less simple and pay an extra premium to cover over time as this job was going to be ready after the close of business.

You went for the first option but then after the first proof was sent you advised us that you wanted to make several changes (which was fine).
This continued for at least an hour after the close of business. In total we sent 3 proofs before we ran out of time.

Prior to the conversation with the staff member in question, she informed you that the designer has to leave as it is well past their time in the office
(which we didn't charge for). We also informed you that the changes that you provided would be the final changes as there would be nobody else to
make any more changes this evening as all the designers had left. You agreed to this. This was at 6.43pm (43 mins after the close of business).

When the final proof came at 7.08pm, you rang and requested more changes (more than you stipulated in your review).
As we didn't have anybody else to accommodate these changes, we gave you an option to cancel the order for a full refund
or proceed. We simply didn't have any more options and didn't have anybody else in the office that could fulfill your needs.
If we did have then we definitely would have made the changes.

Your order was completed around 8pm. This was 2 hours after we closed.

2) We also made it very clear to you from the outset that you should only book your courier once you had approved the proof
and we had told you the order would be ready.

The first 2 couriers came before the proof was sent.
The first courier told us that you had booked them on an ASAP service although the first proof hadn't even been sent.
The second courier came around the time the second proof was sent.
Booking a courier to collect from us without us telling you to book the courier was something that we cannot be held responsible as it went against our advice.

Just to confirm that we did not mislead you and are sorry for any misunderstanding.

We actually made a loss on this order but gave you full cancellation rights up until you approved the proof.
I agree your only choice was to approve the proof or cancel the order. However, we didn't have any other options over an hour after close of business
when we only had 2 people left in the office (1 to make sure you could speak to somebody and another to run the job).

We have actually made a big loss on this order (financially and as you are dissatisfied with us).
However, we hope your business cards serve you well and wish you the best of luck in the future.
