Not an ideal start but a good resolution in the end.

I have ordered 5 posters. However the shipping method from Simplyposter was simply terrible. The posters where pressed into a triangular shaped box and not a tube or cylinder without a wrapper.

This has caused all posters to wrinkle and deform. Now they all have horizontal lines that look like waves and are always noticeable since they reflect any light showing the posters have an uneven surface even when in a frame.

Since there was no wrapper for any of the posters or additional coverage to protect the pictures the first poster got friction marks from being pressed/shoved into a triangular cardboard box and where the poster picture it self was used as a wrapper.

I have contacted customer support several times for a reclamation and to try and return these posters however I do not get any reply for more than 2 weeks from anyone ever. not on mail and not on phone! this is horrible by all accounts.

as for how to improve.

Do not use triangular boxes its the most effective way to damage or deform a poster or even several of them. so please use common sense and use tubes or cylinder shaped shipping alternatives instead.

and reply to customer support tickets for once!

simply poster has corrected the bad shipment and sent a new delivery that arrived in better condition.

We deeply regret the error in our shipping method, where the posters were packed into a triangular box without any protective wrapping. This has unfortunately resulted in all the posters becoming wrinkled and deformed. The horizontal lines resembling waves that are always visible are due to the uneven surface caused by the light reflecting off them, even when framed.

The picture is overexposed

The picture on the poster I got has a vignette that is not shown on the one I chose an the whole image is a bit over exposed, not at all the same I saw on your site.
I’m sure it would have been better if I had printed the picture at work.

Köpte en jättefin poster med ram till. Träramen hade gått sönder i frakten.
Fick ingen hjälp alls av PostNord men fick snabbt återbetalat beloppet för ramen av Simplyposter utan att jag behövde returnera. Jättesnabb återkoppling och bra service.
