Excellent Service
We dealt with Rob Clark. He talked us through each stage of the process and arranged everything for us. This included getting us a mortgage agreed within days at a very good rate. He also sorted a solicitor which we used for both our house sale and new purchase. He was on hand at all times for any questions we had. I would highly recommend Simply life and Mortgages to anyone needing an advisor.

Fantastic, reliable and professional
Having used Rob 5 years ago on my current mortgage and now at remortgage stage, following a disappointing start, Rob rectified the situation well and was fantastic from start to finish. With his expert experience, complete understanding of urgency and my circumstances he secured me the mortgage offer I needed. His service was thorough and pragmatic and got done what was needed on the time. I would highly recommend Rob and his service and will definitely be using him again in the next few years.

Rob supported us in the purchase of our next home, so we have a basis of comparison for mortgage advisory services. His professionalism, responsiveness, consideration and dedication differentiate him from other firms. Firstly, Rob listens to your case / circumstance and provides individually tailored advice - I cannot say the same for the other candidates we interviewed. 2nd and most importantly, Rob was fully dedicated to our case - he grafted and fought to submit our mortgage application within a VERY tight deadline; his dedication is the reason we were able to secure our rate and therefore our purchase.

Fantastic Service
