Purchased two Alfred Chesterfelds. The retailer sent us over a dozen swatches beyond its standard range to enable us to closely match an existing chair, then (unprompted) made recommendations away from the basic options to also match feet and metal studs. The genuinely hand made quality is fantastic and the match remarkable. Six weeks to the day and the delivery experience was also five star.

The salesman was helpful but not pushy.The delivery was troublefree. The Chesterfield is amazing. Very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

First one looked so good, we came back for another. Delivered when it was promised (in time for a very busy Christmas Day). Followed up with a call to check all was well. Great, friendly service.

We ordered x2 Tillie 4 Seat Sofas in Atlantic Blue Funky Chord. As we had only received swatch samples and the order process was all online we were admittedly nervous - However the communication was very good which reassured us and the return policy gave us further confidence. The x 2 sofas arrived yesterday as promised and we are really pleased with the look and the quality so would have no problem highly recommending Simply Chesterfields

This is a superb company. I ordered a beautiful 3 seater sofa. Delivery was late due to unforeseen circumstances, however, I was kept updated. After delivery I unfortunately noticed a small hole in the corner of the sofa which may have been due to being caught on something on scraped against a hard surface. Before I even had a chance to ring the company, I was called by Finn to ask for feedback on delivery and the sofa itself. I explained about the damage and sent over a photo. Within 48 hours Finn and his dad, Glenn, drove back to my house, did a 7 hour round trip to repair the sofa and redeliver the same day. Can’t fault the high level of customer service. Damages happen but it is how they are dealt with that matters and I am super impressed with Finn and his team for rectifying the problem so quickly and professionally. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

The quality of the leather, every little detail and the workmanship that has gone into this furniture is second to none. I bought 3 pieces from the Arthur range in vintage brown. I was a little worried about purchasing online without seeing in a showroom, choosing from a large colour swab Finn sent to me but my goodness, it looks fantastic. Thanks guys.

Looked on the Internet for Chesterfield sofas, and came across Simply Chesterfields, contacted them and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful man called Finn. Nothing was to much trouble, he explained everything in great detail and listened to our requirements. No pressure selling. We ordered the Hector Chesterfield and Queen Anne Chair in Wheatmeal leather along with matching cushions.
The workmanship is second to none, and we were also very happy with the price, we was kept up to date with everything, delivery was also done to suit us, and was delivered personally by Finn and his Dad, which we found nice,so if you're looking for a Chesterfield look no further these are the company to go to.
