Long time to despatch
Ordered water test kit 30th Jan, was about to phone & chase item but received email today saying despatched today, over a week later. Was hoping for & needed this much sooner. Can't remember the last time something i ordered took a week to be despatched

The delivery was timely
The delivery was timely, but mostly I trust the quality of your products. They appear so much more professional than the mass of cheap testing strips for sale on Amazon. That said, I have no way of objectively testing to prove your kit is better, but the range of products and the useful information on your web page gives me confidence.

One product didn't arrive same time as others..I found phone number easy ..called got through to a person straight away..no pick this number ect..the guy was really helpful..it had come from a different location..he tracked it..gave me tracking code..was really easy..the guy was very helpful and efficient.

Scam
Scam. Contradicting tests results. Unhelpful customer services. Don't waste your money. Probably funded by Thames Water to fool you into thinking water is clean. Lab result came clean home test kit returned the opposite. Not to mention it takes more than 5 days to get results.
