Rhonda was awesome, kind and patient. I was nervous about this process but she was did not hesitate to reassure me and answered my numerous questions. She is clearly an outstanding ambassador. It took better than a week to commit on my part but each time I called she was kind and extremely helpful. I felt like she was smiling at me through the phone lol.
I’m still anxious but she helped me feel that this program was worthy.
