Good support and use of software easy.
At first I had problems completing the entries for the CT600 return but, after contacting support, I received a prompt reply and the 'bug' was rectified. Submission was then easy.

Under time pressure ... Great Product!!
Approached this under time pressure to file a CT600 on behalf of a CIC and a bit out of my depth as hadn't used commercial filing software before. This really couldn't have been easier, pulled comparatives from Companies House (which were for the most part very accurate) Asking for the minimum of information and doing a lot of "thinking" based on the nature of our CIC - only offering the relevant fields and with really useful information boxes to click directly advised on exactly what category of information or value to enter or not enter in each field (with signposts if it needed to be entered elsewhere). MUCH quicker and easier than using the HMRC portal (as in the past). Good opportunity to check and proof the final submissions and then submitted them with a click. Super easy. Actually really impressed! And very good value for money... I'll recommend to others...

This site saved my bacon somewhat
This site saved my bacon somewhat. The accounts software I chose to overcome the ridiculous decision to close the HMRC submission site, does not support the options to use retained losses pre-2017 when submitting the CT600, so I was very glad to find this tool. Obviously I am not greatly pleased to go from something that was free to having to pay, but this was a very reasonable price. And when I submitted a support question via email, the response was very quick and helpful.

Simple to use. You pay once you have your accounts ready rather than before, so it's risk free to use. Allows you to only file your balance sheet with Companies House.
