When I was fleeced out of a chunk of money, the world and his dog started calling me to offer help in recovering it. Some claims companies get a raw deal in the press - Ambulance chasers and the like - but I decided to use Simple Claims Assistance as their fee is one of the lowest but I have to say their service and attention to detail for both my claims was exceptional. The FSCS got my first award wrong, if I’d have tried doing all this myself I would have never known. They appealed the initial decision and I was awarded a further £30,000 which I was delighted with. I shudder at the thought of missing out on what was rightly mine. If you think you might have a claim I wouldn’t hesitate in giving them a call. I’m so glad I did.
