I received a call from Simply Claims regarding my mis-sold pension, I spoke to Chris who was very friendly and told me that had a case and that he would do what he could to get a claim. I did not have high hopes due to the amount of time that had passed lack of communication and support from other companies I had tried.
Chris was determined to help, he kept me informed right from the start as to what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and what information he needed, I felt someone was listening for a change. With all the information we had, we got our claim, and I am over the moon.
