Ladies and Gentlemen, I have an invoice with the amount I paid and confirmation of my order. I can share it at any time, so please don't mislead people into thinking I haven't paid anything. It's simple. If a customer orders and pays, then receives written confirmation of the purchase, then you don't mislead the public by claiming the customer hasn't paid!
I repeat, I can share the purchase invoice and the items I ordered at any time, as well as a bank statement showing the amount charged for the service!

With all due respect, you are the first customer to ever complain about this situation. Your order was fulfilled exactly as placed - the blue set you mention was never purchased, which is why it was not shipped. This is confirmed by both your invoice and order confirmation. You did receive the pink set and extra card you ordered.
Despite this, we processed a full refund as a goodwill gesture, and you have kept all the products you received. We genuinely cannot see what more could reasonably be done to resolve this.
If you believe there are still fair steps for us to take, please email us at sales@simplecard.io with your proposal. We are always willing to resolve matters openly and respectfully, but we cannot agree with the suggestion that you were cheated.

This company is atrocious
This company is atrocious! They do not deliver on time. I waited a week before contacting them. They said I should receive my card in a week. However, when I did contact them a week later, I was told it had NOT even been posted! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Thank you for your review, and I'm really sorry to hear your card hadn't arrived at the time of writing.
After looking into the issue, we found that your original parcel got delayed in transit with Royal Mail. While we wait for their update, we’ve already sent a replacement card your way - you should have received a confirmation email with a new tracking number.
