Simon welcomed me warmly when I arrived at the studio and tried to reassure me when I explained that I was somewhat nervous. He was patient in explaining how the photoshoot would go, even modelling various helpful poses. Simon ensured that he was clear about exactly what I wanted from the photoshoot.
The photos arrived just days after the shoot and I was pleased that Simon had successfully captured me and also ensured that I 'looked good'.
This is the second time Simon has done my professional photos, and it won't be the last.

So happy with my photos from Simon,he did a photo shoot for my album artwork a couple of weeks ago I’ve used a lot of photographers and he is definately the best one,he listens to what you want and captures it perfectly nothing is too much trouble even down to editing and effects afterwards.very professional and such a friendly and nice person too I will definately be using him again so reasonably priced aswell.can’t recommend him enough thank you so much they are even better than I imagined!

I have had several enjoyable and educational one-to-one photography sessions with Simon and would highly recommend his services. I tried doing some photography evening classes a few years ago but found that format quite frustrating and stopped going. It's very easy to ask Simon questions and my confidence levels and skills have improved a lot. He is also very creative in his approach and encourage you to be observant and note what might make an interesting and unusual shot.
He offers a number outdoor venues in the maidstone and surrounding area for sessions and has researched them well, meaning he knows them have toilet and cafe facilities, for example.
Simon is very down to earth, helpful and patient. He is able to discuss techniques and explain how a camera works in simple terms, that even I could grasp!

I contacted Simon as I was looking for a photographer to help me produce a modelling portfolio for my daughter. I was so pleased I chose Simon! He is a fantastic photographer and very professional throughout the whole process. A great communicator, quick to respond to messages and extremely helpful. We had no previous experience and Simon made it much easier for us to achieve exactly what we wanted, providing preparation materials prior to the shoot, as well as offering his expert advice to any questions I had. The shoot was comfortable, professional and super easy. The outcome of the photos speak for themselves and there were so many great ones it was almost impossible to pick! Choose Simon, you won’t be disappointed.

Just had a wonderful 2 day photography course with Simon. Was very professional and patient with me as a beginner. Would highly recommend him for anyone looking to take up photography or looking to have photos taken.

Me and my husband fell in love with album book and wedding photos. I would have Simon again for anything. Also before the wedding we had Simon to do photoshoot and help me to learn about photography which I love it.

I went to Simon for a boudoir photoshoot. Having never done something like this before, I was incredibly nervous and had trepidations about meeting a strange man and posing for him in my sexiest clothes in the late winter evening (which was not helped by the lack of street lights on the road to the studio). However, the moment I walked through the door I was completely put at ease. The studio was warm, clean and inviting, and Simon was the picture of friendly professionalism. Despite prancing around in corsets and stockings, I felt no less uncomfortable than I would be at the hairdressers. I even let him drive me to the train station afterwards. I will definitely be returning for any future photography needs

Really excellent knowledgeable and relaxed nature photo course today. Superb style and technical skill. I really enjoyed being challenged to develop my creative side. Great training. Highly recommended.

My photography course with Simon was brilliant. He was so knowledgeable and as a complete beginner i found him to be incredibly helpful and patient. I feel much more competent with using my camera now and would highly recommend Simon's services. He's clearly an extremely talented photographer too - something for me to aspire to!

Good way to improve your photography skills.
My daughter had arranged a photography course with Simon as a birthday present. The course arranged covered landscape and micro photography. While I thought I had a good eye for landscape pictures Simon took this and my understanding of the manual controls of my camera to new level particularly as regards understanding exposure control and depth of field. Without owning a micro lense Simon also showed me the benefits of micro photography and the detail that a quality lense can produce and I will certainly be looking to invest in a micro lense in the near future. I enjoyed the course (4 hours) and meeting with Simon and benefiting from his vast photographic experience.

Simon spent 3 hours with my 15 year old daughter, to teach her all the basics with regards her new SLR camera. The session was absolutely superb and my daughter could not have been happier. I would thoroughly recommend Simon and we will no doubt be coming back for follow-up sessions.

Simon was amazing for our wedding in July, just received the wedding album and couldn't be happier! Super easy to work with and great communication.

My husband bought me one of Simon's courses as a birthday present. I was really nervous and kept putting off calling Simon as I'm not very technically minded and up until now have been quite happy as a 'shoot it and hope' type of photographer. However, as soon as I contacted Simon I knew that it was going to be a positive experience. I can't put my camera down now. He has so inspired me and I feel that I have learned a huge amount, still whilst realising that I still have a lot more to learn. He was patient, encouraging and so informative. Thank you Simon.

I spent 4 hours with Simon learning the basics of photography. It was such a useful session as I had felt a bit intimidated by my new camera but Simon demystified it for me. He was well prepared for the session and there were a number of points for me to practically test out the theory he gave me. I left far more confident and able to take better photos - a great result!

Simon did an amazing job with our studio family photoshoot. We are a happy that we took time to select a photographer because he did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend him!

Simon Everett has a wealth of knowledge on photography and within the first half hour of my 6h course with him, I knew more about how my camera worked than the year I’d spent trying to wing it. He’s very friendly, welcoming and could answer any question I had about my own camera. Well worth the money.

Did a shoot at the studio and Simon was brilliant, I can't recommend him enough and the photos are fantastic! Absolutely brilliant! And Simon is lovely too and really professional!

Simon came highly recommended by a work colleague when I was moaning one day that I had spent 600 quid on a camera that I haven't got a clue how to use.
I signed up for a 3 hour beginners course with Simon whose arrangement skills and choice of venue were perfect right from first contact.
He was familiar with my Sony a6000 and delivered a fantastic course highlighting my cameras features and showing me how to manipulate photographic subjects in manual mode, thus targeting the course perfectly to my needs.
I learnt a huge amount from him in such a short space of time and was genuinely amazed at the photographs I was taking after just a few hours.
Simon is a great guy and a great teacher, very relaxed and I am sure photographers of any level would find a course from him that they would benefit from.

We first met Simon in 2020 and immediately booked him to be our wedding photographer after he visited us at home and talked through his services.
Due to the pandemic, our wedding was postponed not once, but twice. Each time, Simon was very helpful and informative and changed the date for us on both occasions.
Our wedding finally took place on 6th May 2021
I gave Simon an extensive list of must have pictures for our big day, he captured them all.
I had bridal prep photos, ceremony and then family and bride and groom pictures afterwards.
We are so happy with the pictures Simon captured. We had a tough job to pick the photos for our album as they were all so lovely!! We did get every picture Simon took though so that was brilliant, and any changes we wanted Simon made them possible.
The album is perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our big day. We will be using Simon again in the future for some family shots. Simon is extremely talented, professional, kind, flexible and I would strongly recommend him if you are looking for a photographer for ANY occasion.

My husband bought me a gift voucher for a boudoir photoshoot with Simon. I was a little nervous at first but needn’t had been as Simon was great at making me feel at ease and the resulting photos are fantastic. I thought I was going to struggle to pick ones I liked but I instead had the opposite problem and ended up paying for extra prints to be included in my photo book. The make up artist was fantastic and great support also. Thank you so much Simon. Highly recommend 🙂
