I previously reviewed and gave 1star due to delays. I now have my wardrobe and am delighted with it. My brother put it together which was easy but he did mention that hinges were very weak and the factory had drilled too many holes but it hasn’t affected it.
Very pleased now with the company

Delivery was very long
Delivery was very long, first attempt driver did not come into building, second attempt arranged safe place with a neighbour and delviery was left in an open hallyway at the bottom of the stairs not at the safe place or the office where delivery was scheduled. plastic corner protectors for delivery were all broken which proved there usefulness but frustrating as one corner of the product is damaged and one seal on the lower rim is damaged

Went the extra mile to communicate
Lovely product arrived very quickly and although one arrived later than the other two I was reassured by Email that the other would follow which it did and communication was outstanding and prompt.

Getting a replacement fir damaged chair
I ordered a chair for my elderly mother in law. When it arrived it was damaged in transit. A replacement was sent right away with no hassles. She is very happy with the chair

Disappointed/very happy customer
Poor finish so I've had to buy spray paint to improve the finish. Would have sent it back but need it for guests arriving soon. Very disappointed.
Silver tree interiors contacted me amazing company, they would happily replace the item but as I needed it straight away offered me a discount. I can honestly say no company have ever been that helpful. I resprayed the antler and it looks great, lovely size and shape. Now a very happy customer and would not hesitate to buy from this company again.
