We absolutely do not want to send any marketing to anyone who does not want it. There is no charge from us to remove you from our the marketing list, However some phone networks charge a single text to do so. However if you have inclusive sms messages, this is included free.
However, we can see your details on here and we can confirm we have removed you from any further marketing.

We are sorry you didn’t win but you had 1 ticket so the odds of you winning were quite low. Trust pilot is used to review a business and to give us a 1 star review because you didn’t win is something we find frustrating.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion but giving a 1 star review is really damaging to us and we always ask people to reconsider. Please review our business properly and not simple give us 1 star because you didn’t win.
The winner actually bought 6 ticket and managed to walk away with the main prize! Only one person can win so it would be pretty brutal if everyone had the same attitude as you!

Spent £30 on tickets and managed to bag £1000 win hold tight!! Tried alot of the other ticket sites and this is hands down the forst that i have actually won on . And i was paid the win within half an hour man . Well worth the entries and not a daft ticket price like some others . Just hope i win the turbo now 🙏

Hi Dave, Our apologies you weren’t able to unsubscribe from marketing. If it helps, it was ‘SDCSTOP’ and not ‘STOP’ to do that.
However you can of course be removed from any marketing as is absolutely your choice. If you could pop us a quick message on the site or fb page, we can get you removed straight away .
Also, in regards to a charge, this is not us, it is your network provider, and costs what a normal text does. However if you have unlimited texts included it will be free. Again we can see how this looks.
If you’d like to be removed, just pop us a message and we’ll sort that out for you straight away.
