My lucky day 😍
Got a text this morning saying there's an hour left on a comp and 40% off. Thought why not and got a few tickets. Watched the live a bit later and not only won 500 tickets for a sweet looking MK1 but also got some free tickets and £350 worth of prizes on the instant wins! A brilliant competition scheme. Cracking and fair opportunities to win which make every penny worth it. A brilliantly produced live draw makes the experience more authentic and personal. You always take a risk with these things as you do with all competitions and gambles, but it is to the credit of the guys at Silverstone Dream Cars that there competitions feel worthwhile and fun.

Didn't receive any communication after the draw with details of the results. Website hard to navigate to find information on draw results after draw. So many other companies doing these raffles better than this. Much improvement needed.

Not sure this is a correct trustpilot review, you’ve bought tickets for a competition we haven’t drawn yet and then gone online to give us a 1 star review.
We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service and for providing a seamless and entertaining competition. We are proud of our TP score and work very hard to maintain such a high rating.
Giving a company a 1 star review is very detrimental and something you do when you have had a bad service/experience.
Merely giving a 1 star review because you haven’t won from a draw we haven’t even drawn yet seems odd and we’d like to invite you to reconsider the rating.
Imagine you win the car! We’d be the best company in the world…….This could still happen!!! 👍

We have just received your trust pilot review and are obviously very disappointed, We pride ourselves on being open and transparent and there are multiple ways in which we communicate to our customers who has won a competition.
All of our draws are live on Facebook at the announced time. Once the draw is complete we then do a post announcing the winner on Facebook, we also do a write up on our website in past competitions and previous winners.
We understand you may have expectations, but we feel 4 places to find out where the winner is was sufficient enough. Short of calling everyone up and telling them that they haven’t won we are unsure what else we can do.
We would have been more than happy to Assist you if you had messaged us.
We’d really appreciate it if you could amend your review, now that you are able to see where and when we updated our audience of the winner. Thanks
