One word for my experience - EXTRAORDINARY

If I could give Silverstone more than 5 stars, I would.

A huge thank you to Phoebe, who supported me from start to finish. I knew I wanted to experience the British GP for a special occasion with my family, but I had no idea what to book, where to stay, or how to balance everyone’s different needs.

Phoebe was incredibly patient and friendly. It took me 3 months to make the decision! She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, clearly explained the hospitality options, camping choices, and new offerings, and helped me shape the right experience for us. She liaised closely with the camping team who were super responsive too.

What I appreciated most was that I never felt under pressure to make a decision. I felt reassured throughout that I was making the right choice, and there was no sense of being aggressively “upsold” like you sometimes get elsewhere.

The booking process was seamless, and the communication since has been excellent and made it so easy to share everything with my family and get everyone excited.
We can’t wait! Thank you!

great experience with the support team

Last year I booked 2 tickets for the 2026 British GP and we had the Bus Transfer available for free, but you had to select it for ALL the people in the booking and I had missed that - I only selected 1 out of 2 at that time.
A few days ago I emailed the support team in the evening asking to update the 2nd bus transfer on our booking and also to change the pick-up station I initially selected. Next morning I woke up with a confirmation email in my inbox and everything was already updated. Thank you Lucy, you are awesome.

Explained perfectly

I tried phoning first but the phone was not answered or it just cut off so had to resort to email, I sent my request ref park and ride the reply said it could take up to 48hrs to reply well when I received a reply from Lucy in about 10 mins I was impressed Lucy answered my question but I was still not sure if id got it wright so replied to Lucy straight away and Lucy got straight back and my issue was solved great customer service and thank you Lucy

As a charity we book many visits to Silverstone, the accessibility team are efficient, competent and responsive at all times, they have a huge knowledge of the circuit and can advise on suitable areas for varying disabilities, Silverstone is inclusive and forward thinking with their commitment to allowing everyone to enjoy the experience. Val at Silverstone was fabulous

Booked 2 tickets for this years F1 GP…

Booked 2 tickets for this years F1 GP and also park and ride to the circuit but wasn’t sure if I had booked the park and ride correctly for 2 people

I sent a message request asking for confirmation I had booked it correctly
Or do I need to alter my booking

After a very short wait back came a response explaining that I had booked correctly

Despite courteous communications we…

Despite courteous communications we remain disappointed. Until this season elderly with mobility issues who benefit from attendance allowance and held an access card were allowed access with a wheelchair attendant going free.
This season the rules have changed an attendance allowance is no longer accepted.
After 40 years voluntary service as a Silverstone Marshall an a lifelong motorsport enthusiast it feels like a slap in the face.
After reaching retirement age, you can no longer claim PIPs , you have to claim attendance allowance. This is no longer acceptable at Silverstone.
So 10 out of 10 for promptness in responding to communications , but zero for the end result. Hopefully someone will listen.

This season, we introduced an updated Personal Assistant (PA) ticket scheme to ensure that accessibility support is applied fairly and consistently for all visitors. Under the current criteria, we can offer a complimentary PA ticket for anyone who purchases a standard entry ticket and can demonstrate that they require a companion to attend the event safely and comfortably.
While Attendance Allowance is not one of the accepted documents for automatic approval, we absolutely recognise that many people who reach retirement age transition from PIP to Attendance Allowance, and that this can affect how they access events. For this reason, the scheme also allows alternative evidence, such as a letter from a GP, consultant, or social worker confirming that a companion is essential for you to attend. Many guests in similar situations use this route successfully.
We understand that this change feels like a step backwards compared with previous years, and we are very sorry that it has caused frustration. Your concerns about how this affects long‑standing supporters, especially those with mobility needs, are important, and your feedback has been shared with the teams responsible for reviewing our accessibility policies.
Our intention is never to exclude anyone, but to apply the policy transparently and consistently while still allowing flexibility where genuine need can be demonstrated. We remain committed to providing reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act and continually improving our accessibility offering.
