Disgusting. Simple as that. Dont bother trying to get help if you're disabled, sent a hospital letter in for my mobilty from my MS Specialist along with PIP & blue badge. Didnt want to know, they are only interested in healthy people with plenty of money to waste. Prices for Moto GP in August are an absolute joke, along with everything else they rob you for as well like food, drinks, souvenirs, overnight camping, the list goes on.... do yourselves a favour & watch it on tv or be prepared to be robbed left right & centre. If you're disabled (I have MS & cant walk over 50m) dont bother as you wont get an ounce of help. Discrimination at its finest & being fleeced of many hundreds of pounds just to see a bike race....Silverstone hold your heads in shame

Booked tickets for the MotoGP, but realised I'd made an error with location. I made an online request which was dealt with by Val, who was superb. Understanding, friendly and helpful, as well as being efficient and effective. Sorted my request with no drama.. Thank you.

I honestly cannot praise Sue in Accessibility at Silverstone enough. From start to finish, she was an absolute legend to deal with.
I had many questions, many requests, and even managed to make a mistake along the way — and Sue handled everything with total professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always on hand, incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted smoothly and without any fuss at all.
What really stood out was how easy she made the whole process feel. Instead of stress, we felt supported and reassured every step of the way. Thanks to Sue’s help (and her fixing my error so effortlessly!), we’re now genuinely excited and looking forward to attending the Grand Prix this year.
Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Sue is a real credit to Silverstone and the Accessibility team — thank you so much for making such a big difference.

Really disappointed with the customer service received. I got 2 separate Christmas gifts from different people which were tickets to the motogp. I don’t need 4 tickets so asked if I could transfer 2 of those tickets to the 2027 event, gift card for merchandise, anything but a refund and the answer was a simple NO, told me to give them away to a friend or colleague. Pretty disgusting when they want me to give my Christmas present away which was in no way an error on my behalf. Silverstone will have no problem selling the tickets, this was just pure spiteful, I appreciate they have a do not refund policy but under the circumstances for an issue out of my control they could have done something or allow me to sell them on. I will think twice about attending silverstone events after this year.

We were looking for something a bit different to do for New Year's Eve this year and this didn't disappoint. With both young children and teenagers to keep happy, this event was perfect. A hiccup in travel arrangements getting there meant we had to contact the accessible team who were extremely helpful and eased our concerns. Overall a fabulous experience.

Lucy, who handled our query was extremely professional and very prompt in replying to all our emails. Nothing appeared too much trouble to her and she was very courteous and reassured us that everything had been sorted and was all correct after a change of email account

Very disappointed with the lack of care and empathy that due to no fault of my own (not having a car due to it being in the garage and hire car being taken back) we are unable to attend the lap of lights that I had booked for my husbands birthday and not entitled to a refund despite no way of us being able to get there. I understand that you have a no refund policy but feel in this instance some kind of refund would have been the right thing to do.
