Great Service
I purchased an egift card as a gift, I wanted to print it to put it in a gift bag rather than send it via an email. I contacted the shop who were very helpful and said the manager would look into it. This was right at the end of the day. The manager resolved it for me, and emailed me that evening. Excellent service, friendly and efficient. I love their jewellery and have purchased many items over the years, and now love giving egift cards as gifts. Would recommend visiting the shop in Bond Street.

I was having trouble with my gift card, I email the company, who promptly got back to me and even offered a human conversation about the issue!!!! I phoned and it was dealt with Kate, a lovely human! Who sorted it all out.
Could not be happier with the level of customer service.

Phoned shop to enquire about gift vouchers, confirmed could order online. Ordered gift voucher online as a gift, was unaware this voucher was only for online purchases and not in shop

Disappointing
I was not shown the item upon collection, simply handed the bag. Having opened the earrings, they appear different to the web image displayed. Having bought these earring previously, they are not as high quality as before. It’s disappointing, as earrings cannot be returned. If I’d have been shown them, I’d have changed my mind; so likely a chosen approach.
