Terrible, not fit for purpose.
Terrible, cheap quality product. Had to email twice to get a response, and when I did, it was unprofessional and accusational, no responsibility taken and no refund as requested. Blame put on the recipient. Bought a mug as a gift, on the first handwash with soapy water the 'sticker' came off. Accused of leaving to soak in hot water or a dishwasher as they 'could tell' this had been done because of the sticker curling, which was the not the case. Rude and unprofessional email sent from them. Which I have since challenged and been ignored. Would recommend avoiding, faulty goods and no resolution to the problem. Selling goods not fit for purpose.

Hello, you purchased one of our heart handle uvdtf mugs (not a sublimation mug). Which comes with clear washing instructions, unlike our standard white mugs (which can be put in the dishwasher), our uvdtf heart handle mug must be handwashed in lukewarm water due to the type of print they have on them.
Every one of these mugs comes with a care label, that states washing the mug in water that is too hot or in the dishwasher will damage the mug. If the print is subjected to too hot water, it reacts in the exact way that you showed us in the picture. This isn't us being accusational or trying to shift the blame, it is fact. Our products go through extensive testing before sale, the print can only do this through heat damaged and you admitted it did it when washing it (which further supports the fact it has been washed in too hot water).
We have sold hundreds of thousands of these products, without issue, the only time this can happen is when it's been subjected to too hot water. We will always endeavour to assist customers with problems, but as a small business we cannot refund customers for improper care of their products. If the issue was due to a manufacturing fault or damage during transit we would of course rectify.

Not happy with this company at all
Not happy with this company at all. An error was made with a personalised mug that I had bought for a Christmas present. The email I received from the customer service was really unhelpful, I’ve noticed there is another review from a lady who said they blamed everything but themselves. I think this is very true, I thought customer service was there to help with problems and ultimately correct a problem so the customer is happy…. This wasn’t the case, just 3 argumentative emails that were Jo help whatsoever!! Will not use this company again and would absolutely not recommend.

You ordered a personalised mug and we printed EXACTLY what you requested us to print. Unfortunately, you made a mistake with the wording you wanted but you requested this wording & you also approved the proof before checking out. Therefore, yes we did refuse a refund as this mug is personalised and bespoke wording. I would like to reiterate we did not print anything wrong, you unfortunately didn't check your spelling/words and our systems print exactly what is requested by you.
With regards to you stating about other negative reviews. We have had over 500,000 happy customers in the 11 years we have been trading and have only ever had 38 negative reviews (on average 3 per year). Unfortunately, most people only come to places like this to leave negative experiences, we will always defend our business for false or unfair reviews, like this one.
I would definitely not use them again…
I would definitely not use them again as their customer service is absolutely appalling ordered an item and kept asking them for when it would be delivered. Didn’t even bother to respond.

You emailed us at 8.59am and we replied to you within two hours, at our busiest time of year. I can also see that your order was delivered today. We shipped your order within 24 hours.
Terrible products and customer service
I ordered 2 of the same mugs from this company along with a couple of other little bits. On arrival one was OK (although I don't see it lasting well) and the second had the motif coming off like a sticker. I emailed the company and got an incredibly rude response to tell me it wasn't a sticker but a special kind of motif and that I must have picked it off. I could send it back, but if she thought I had picked at it then she wouldn't refund. Not a good start to the conversation. I replied with pictures which clearly show the motif not stuck on properly, and definitely not picked at and I was ghosted! Very quick to accuse me of oddly sabotaging my purchase, and then silence when shown that actually it was just a bad quality product.
I have not bothered chasing it up as I have seen the responses on here and I'm not that bothered about less than £10. I just wont ever purchase again and leave this review. No doubt there will be a snippy response to this review to say why its not her fault like on all the other 1 star reviews I wish Id read before giving this company any of my money.

Thank you for your review. The pictures you sent of your product showed that the transfer had been picked off (our transfers once cured go hard and are permanent), it was visible to see from the photo that they had been picked at (due to the severe damage that was visible), as I explained to you the product was not sent out to you like that and due to the way the transfer had been damaged (which could only occur if someone had picked at it). We do quality control, every order is handled by three people (the person producing the product, the person picking the product and the person packing), this is to ensure every item is sent out in perfect condition. If the product had been damaged in transit we of course rectify, but this product had the print picked off, which was clearly visible from the photos you sent.

I did rate these initially as 1 star as no item and the tracking number wasnt working. Then my item arrived today looking like the dog ate it and RM blaming everyone but themselves. So emailed Silly Sentiments and just received a welcome and very thoughtful phoncecall apologising even though its not their fault. Another print is on its way to me. Very professional business trying to do the best they can
I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them. Give them a chance. Any company that phones you to apologise for someone else messing up, proves they care about their customers! Thank you Silly Sentiments.

Customer selected NEON orange mug from the drop down menu and received a NEON orange mug. We do not offer free returns when a customer simply changes their mind. Of course, if the item was faulty we would've arranged however, you received what you ordered. Very unfair & MISLEADING review.
