I still don’t understand how this company is allowed to operate at the country level. It all seems incredibly irresponsible. They can shut down your internet without any explanation, simply saying that there’s “some problem.” There’s no certainty about when the service will be restored, no estimated timeframe, and no proper explanation of what’s actually happening. It could even take a month to fix the issue, and customers are just left with no clear information or expectations. It’s honestly kind of crazy

Paying for 150mbs WiFi speed and only get 11

By far the worst Internet provider I know. There is a technical problem for four days (no Internet reception in the house) - alleged repair according to the ‘service’ line: max. 48 hours. After four days, countless calls to the so-called ‘service’ hotline, no response from Silknet. 'They will call you'! ‘We're sorry’ and ‘wait’! - Standard phrases with no result. Incompetence with 7 letters: SILKNET

Without my permission, they've enabled a paid package that I don't need. Attempts to remove this package from web UI fails with crash. Support didn't help.

Support chat is actually funny: authenticating into the dashboard is not enough for them; they ask for my email, then for my phone number and after some waiting they give me another link to authorize my phone number again 🤦

I came up with an idea to remove the package using USSD, this worked.

Such a shame, can't recommend.
