The service I got from the staff from the day I first called in, onward was excellent. They showed very good customer service, were always very polite, humble, very helpful, and always willing to go an extra mile to help.
Compliments to all of them for their hard work, that even when they were
not able to handle anything they passed it on to someone else who dealt with it.
Special compliments to Simon who worked both patiently and tirelessly to make sure that we got bookings to suit our travel requirements, of time, duration, cost, right flights and desired airline. Simon customer service throughout, was excellent very professional and honest. Even, in the event of a spelling error made in the name on the ticket, he was honest about it and corrected it without any fuss. I respected him for that, as he efficiently put things right.
