Strong quality - instructions manual
Ordered this a week ago and wasn’t sure how to set it up. I called and they helped me figure it out luckily.
Vibration is strong and LEDs are bright. Woiuid have liked more instructions.

Took a LONG time for shipping
Took a LONG time for shipping. I spoke with someone at their office line who said it was because it was Pre-Order. I don't remember it being Pre-Order but i have it now and it works to my liking.

Not worth spending your money and time
Pre-ordered a device back in June 2017 and haven't received anything as of today 8/14/2018. I wanted to demo it for our organization for safety reasons and am being questioned by the head of administrative staff where is the product.
Every three months you get a news letter something like "we are excited to announce your device will be shipped soon" and then after some days you will receive another news letter, we found a bug in the device and are trying to fix it. And then another news letter this device will work only with iOS and the device will be shipped soon for Apple users. And then another email "We experienced a delay from the manufacturer oversees".
You don't get a proper response when you ask them to refund the money. All you get to hear is the product will be shipped soon. But when?

At no time did we promise a device to be delivered in 2017 and our stipulation under "pre-order" was for our first product that was being manufactured. We offered a refund to anyone who was unable to wait and when going through our correspondence we did not see an indication to refund your discounted pre-order.
We would love to send you a 2.0 device for your troubles, so please reach out on our website so we may ship this exciting new product to you.

Worth the wait!
The long wait was worthwhile! This is an excellellnt product - I knew it would be - that's why I waited. It's a bit of a challenge to learn how to set it up but I was able to get help from technical suppport, and I'm still learning. I'm told there will soon be an instructional video
