Easy, user friendly

The only improvement I would suggest is to have a single email readily accessible for use by the SUG creator. This could resolve simply questions without having to download the entire sheet or report.

I love the convenience of SignUpGenius. I love that it sends me a notification of when someone signs-up and the organization component.

It is so easy and I can send out our request needs to many people at once. Also I like how the system informs me when someone signs up. This is a time-saver for me.

I continue to enjoy the ease of formatting a sign up, the theme pictorial options and notification of sign ups. I have been leveraging SignUpGenius for 3 years.
My various monthly sign ups are emailed to 18-29 people. Recipients appreciate the convenience and elimination of excess redundancy in what people bring to an event.

I have done several of these now, and I have never quite figured out what "slots" are. I would love to be able to create a sign up for a particular date and time and to be able to replicate that for other dates and times. It might also be nice to control the number of people permitted to sign up for a particular date and time. I'm sure all of this is easily doable in SignUp Genius, but I have never figured it out. Date, Time, and Number all make sense to me. Why is there this mysterious 4th "slots" thing that seems to always be lurking about without ever having any clear functionality.

SIgn Up Genius is so easy to use! It's very user friendly and allows me to make changes, print out sign up pages, and it sends reminder emails to the volunteers. I'm happy to keep using Sign Up Genius

The options for additional correspondence and printable lists of volunteers really helps with organization.

Sign up genius has become a critical part of our ministries. It is an easy way to accumulate responses and the reports are very easy to manipulate to access the information. I appreciate the ease of creating inviting sign-ups.

I find your system very un-user friendly. I have a full season of sign-ups I'm trying to organize, and have 1 "page" was impossible. I am very concerned about the execution of my individual sign ups, that I will receive hundreds of email confirmations as a result.

I appreciate the ability to secure volunteers from folks at our church that I don’t know, or see. This platform makes it convenient and easy especially the “link” feature that allows me to post on our church FB page.

Signup Genius is great. Super accessible for anyone to organize event signups. The features they've got to remind participants are clutch. The interface is a bit of a learning curve and could be more intuitive, but aside from that, it's a trusted resource and that alone is a great value.

Like the functionality in general but there are a couple of things that would bump my review to 5 stars..

1. Cost for non-profits - would be great if there was a significant discount for non-profits to be able to upgrade to the non-ad version.
2. Every sing up should have a quick option for invitees to be able to respond as “cannot attend” by simply replying to the email or text invite without having the organizer create a slot that is “cannot attend”.

Signup Genius is so easy to use and get info out to other parents to be included in school activities. Super easy, and free! Love it!

I used Sign Up Genius for 10 years when I was overseeing homeroom duties for my kids when they were in school for all sorts of volunteer sign ups, as well as for their sports activities.

I also use it for work for sign ups for different company events. It is such a great tool and so easy to use.

just... wow.

People are generally able to use the sign-ups, but it is kind of a clunky program. When making a sign-up, it frequently freezes up and you have to repeat steps. Also, while the page for adding dates and slots has nice options, it isn't really clear what is meant by each option. It would be nice if you could provide additional info (quick summary) for each option. For example, explain what exactly will happen if you choose to add multiple dates or multiple slots. I never can quite seem to get that right and end up doing it in a less-than-efficient way.

Also, there are way too many ads covering the screen.

All that said, you are filling a need with this product and I am very, very grateful to have it! Thank you!
