Account Suspended Without Warning – $20 Lost, No Support!
I’ve been a SignalWire customer for 2 years, and they just suspended my account out of nowhere. I even have $20 credit in my account, yet they refuse to give any explanation or let me access my own account. Every support ticket I submit is closed without a single answer. The agent I dealt with was completely rude and unhelpful. This is unacceptable treatment—if you value your money and time, stay far away from SignalWire.
