Customer service only answers whatever questions they feel like and sometimes it takes nearly a week to get an answer. Would be nice if they would answer all questions and take responsibility for useless providers and offer partial refunds when a provider decides to blow up their account.

I was unable to reply to their reply. So I'm posting again.
Their response was as follows;
"We are investigating this signal provider and it has been removed from the list, you are eligible for refunds in this case, I have emailed you directly. Apologies for the inconvenience."
The email was just accepting liability that it is their fault and offering a partial refund for the 'non use period' - how insulting.
I've replied and explained their service & customer service is totally useless and they need to sort out their customer service skills and hire staff with some common sense.
Lets hope they see sense and do the right thing and stop scamming people.
The best and safest thing for society is for this company to be closed down.

I am writing to provide some feedback on my experience using Signal Start over the past two months.
Overall, I have found the platform easy to use once the initial setup is complete, and I primarily use it for copying accounts. However, I wanted to let you know that the mobile app experience is currently not excellent. Some features do not work as expected, and I have found that I need to use the laptop version to get full functionality.
I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements to the app.

I copied two signals and ran a few weeks. Both made a profit. This website is much better than the MQL strategy. I paid for a few signals on MQL, but they did not copy and run well.

the crypto withdraw method charge very high fee; Tether ERC-20 charge ₮11.0 + 3.5%, Tether TRC-20 charge ₮9.0 + 3.5%. Please reduce the withdrawing fee in other methods or using DOGE, XRP or BEP20 as it can reduce much fees.
Update: The fee for crypto withdraw is much lower right now.

I’ve been using SignalStart as a signal provider, and my experience has been disappointing lately. After moving my funds from one broker to another, I needed to update my trading account on their platform. To my surprise, SignalStart demanded another $25 setup fee just to update my account — something not mentioned anywhere in their pricing or policy pages.
When I signed up, the $25 was described as a one-time setup fee, not something that would apply every time I changed brokers. This hidden cost feels misleading and unfair, especially for long-term users.
Their support response was unhelpful and offered no clarity on where this policy is stated. Transparency is essential in the trading community, and extra undisclosed fees like this damage trust.
Pros: The platform works technically well.
Cons: Hidden fees, poor communication, and lack of transparency.
⭐ Rating: 2/5
Unless they fix this and make their pricing policy clear, I wouldn’t recommend SignalStart to other serious traders or signal providers.

Signal Start (SS) provides customers a platform to connect with forex traders offering copy trading services, referred to as signal providers (SPs). SS essentially acts as a middleman charging you a monthly fee for each independent broker account you link to their platform in addition to processing your payments for monthly subscription fees that the SPs charge. The SPs set the price of their subscription fees. As of July 2025, I've been a customer for just under 1 year having utilized numerous SPs, and having numerous friends using the platform as well. I used to refer people to the service but no more as I'm so incredibly frustrated with their service and I've lost a considerable amount of money due to their inability to run a business in an appropriate way. Customer support is virtually non-existent. Email is your only option and when someone does respond, they are always completely unhelpful. It's essentially worthless even contacting them. Forex runs 24/5 but they don't have staff working those hours.
I pay a substantial amount in monthly fees but SS acts as though they don't need or even want me as a customer. It's truly mind-blowing.
SS definitely favors SPs over the customers. On two separate occasions, SS has casually notified me via email that an SPs password came up as invalid and that my current trades with that provider are no longer being managed leaving me holding the bag to scramble to manage those trades on my own. You can see for yourself on their site if you look up Win7 and Win17, two different signals provided by the same SP.
Did SS do anything about it? Nope, they simply notified me and I lost thousands of $$. And to make it worse, SS has continued to allow that SP to set up new signals and take on new customers without any accountability! And instead of bending over backwards to make it right, they just offered me a partial refund of just that current month's $49 subscription fee. For anyone who runs a legitimate business, this should be absolutely mind-blowing.
In addition, for any given SP, you have absolutely no way to verify the trading data or length of trading history SS lists on their website for a given trading signal. SS simply asks you to, "take our word for it". I've asked for myfxbooks verification and they basically gaslit me for even asking for such information. I've even asked to be put in touch with various SPs when they have bombed their accounts seemingly out of nowhere, asking SS to pass my contact information to the provider, so as not to ask for the SP's information directly but SS absolutely refused, again showing that they favor the providers over the customers. They even claimed in one email to me that "nothing good has ever come from a customer communicating with the trader". In my years of experience, reputable copy traders and trading teams will at a minimum provide you with a one-way social media chat using Telegram or Discord.
I should also note, several of the signal providers which I previously subscribed to, had years worth of alleged favorable data showing on SS yet coincidentally, within 30 to 60 days of me signing up for that particular SP, they blew those accounts. I can't help but wonder, and my friends who have used the service feel the same way, if SS isn't "cooking the books" by falsifying trading account historyand data to get people to sign up for SPs. After all, they can just delete and fabricate new provider data at will as there is absolutely no way to verify the information since they do not require myfxbooks for their SPs.
How could Signal Start turn this around?
1) Require all SPs create a myfxbook for each signal and post a link so customers can independently review the data;
2) Require SPs create, maintain and provide at least a one-way Telegram or Discord channel so customers can get notifications directly from the SPs;
3) Hold SPs accountable when serious account issues occur during open trades by suspending all of SPs signals, preventing them from taking any new trades, suspending payments to that SP, requiring explanations as to why the account issue occurred along with a path forward to ensuring it doesn't happen again, and If an account disruption occurs with open trades, contacting that SP once per hour via email/phone until they rectify the issue.
If you're struggling to find copy trading services and you feel you have to use Signal Start, I would proceed with extreme caution, lower your multipliers, and lower your risk. Know that you will essentially be completely on your own.

this is a review based on my experience for the month of June 2025. Months back all was great. But recently, there is absolutely no customer support, all emails get back with failure delivery while the messages we send on the contact form remain unanswered. Today i had an issue with trades not copied from a Master account i am subscribed to and paid for, but there is no customer support to help out.

Guys you should know the following for your convenience:
1. you can contact the company if you go in the bottom center of the site and click the contact form.
2. The chat was not working last time. They say they fix it so it may be working now
3. No emails are going out to their dedicated email account. It is not just because i use hotmail. I tried emailing them from other email providers and again mails fail.
Summary: There is just a technical problem with their email account and chat button. however the company is still solvent, on business and contactable if you follow the advise above.

Just subscribed to signal start as a signal follower. There are many signal providers but, in my opinion, you have to choose wisely as the rankings doesn’t really helps. So far the network connection is great and all trades were copied instantly with good latency & ping speeds, which impressed me.
Only downside is the support. There is no live chat and the only way to contact them is by email. And they really took some time to reply, so you will have to wait patiently. Hope the team can improve in this aspect.
I'm a US user. The service doesn't support FIFO accounts, but it didn't say so, and I needed to ask 5 times to find that out.
- It took a 2-3 days for the "24/5 customer support" to answer my basic questions.
- Even though they knew/should have know I was a US customer they took my money and allowed me to sign up with Signals that would not work for me.
They did give me a refund when I asked, so there is that.
Might be OK if your laws are workable for the system.
EDIT: My friends at Signal Start (Ironically, replying much more quickly on TrustPilot than on the actual support questions) point out that the issue of FIFO is listed in the support. There are several reasons that's not good enough:
- They know whether my account supports FOREX and gold trading (another critical issue in selecting signals).
- Even though they have this information, its still possible to sign up for & pay for signals that you can't use.
- In my initial support questions, they didn't make clear that what I was trying wouldn't work even though they took my money.
Again, I'm not saying don't use the system (and I may try again once I have a proper account with an offshore house setup) but I expect the service and documentation to be much better.
I might even use the system again in the future, so I upgraded to two stars.

As far as what I need, this is great. They provide all the background information for me. And they mediate the finances. So I have another selling point that I don't touch anyone's money.
I do wish they would give us opportunities to talk to investors, or potential investors. if they helped create a funnel to the site, and investors could reach out, that's good for the company and us.
