SIGNALCORE: Lack of transparency and poor support experience
I signed up for Signalcore through a course that included a free trial. I only used the platform during that initial period and did not intend to continue with a paid subscription.
However, I was later charged €79 for March without any prior notification that the trial was ending or that billing would begin. There was also another charge scheduled for April 23rd, which I had to actively block myself after contacting support.
The main issue here is transparency. I do not recall clearly consenting to recurring payments, and there were no reminder emails or warnings before the charge was processed. In my experience with other platforms, users are typically notified before billing starts, or subscriptions are automatically canceled after the trial unless explicitly continued.
Support has also been inconsistent. I received conflicting information between Discord support and direct support (Link), which made the situation more confusing and difficult to resolve.
Additionally, the platform itself has some concerning limitations. For example, I was unable to delete my agents, which raises questions about user control over the account. There is also limited visibility into how credits are consumed.
To be fair, the concept behind the platform is interesting, but at its current stage it feels more like a testing environment than a fully reliable professional tool.
Overall, I would recommend extreme caution, especially when it comes to billing and account management.
