Ian was extremely helpful and his advice/guidance resulted in the perfectly fitting wetsuit. There is no doubt I'd have got the sizing all wrong if I'd just trusted the sizing guides from the manufacturer.

I recently purchased a Specialized Tarmac from the Oakham store and received exceptional service throughout.

The purchase involved 3 visits to the store, which is a two hour drive from my home. An initial visit to chose the model and provisional frame size, then a full bike fit and finally to collect my new bike.

At each stage, and throughout, I received nothing but a fully professional, friendly and helpful service from Ian (sales), Andrew (bike fitter) and Ben (mechanic).

They all made this purchase a very enjoyable experience and made me feel a valued customer. Well done and thankyou.

Went in to get some tubeless tyres came out with some good advice and written quote. Subsequently booked and dropped my bike off. They kept me updated with workshop progress and I was generally very happy with service.

Sigma were 4 stars, but the free postage is with Royal Mail, so delivery was a joke.

The store itself is a great environment; nicely laid-out, well-stocked, clean and tidy, good bike fitting facilities, with a decent number of parking spaces out front. The chap who helped me, Kane, was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, and took the time to give me the advice that I needed. I couldn't fault the experience.

Andrew was great and very patient as we worked through a myriad of minor tweaks to get me comfortable on the bike

I purchased tyres in October for some new wheels but as I do not ride outdoors in the winter, I have only just come to fit the tyres.
Try as I may, I have not been able to fit the tyres and have had to buy some others, so I took the tyres back today to the Oakham store and they refunded without any questions asked.

Excellent friendly service. Followed by a prompt email to advise me that my item was ready to collect. Highly recommended

A very very good experience purchasing a bike through the Oakham store. I initially had a bike fit with Uldis who was fantastic: friendly, thorough and most importantly made big improvements on my current road bike. Following the bike fit we chose a bike that was appropriate for me based off the results.

For the bike selection and sale I was looked after by Will McCabe. Got to say I was really impressed by Will - very patient, excellent communication, and just easy to deal with which made for a really pleasant experience. He really does put customer service at the top of his priorities, and actually every staff member I’ve dealt with at Oakham has been top tier. Great team and great buying experience. I’m delighted with my new bike that I picked up today. If the after sales service lives up to the buying experience then I see myself using Sigma for a very long time.

Big thanks to Josh in Oakham who made the experience very satisfactory. Great advice in helping me to choose an endurance focused bike (moving away from my old aero one) but finding one that was still sporty & light. Good advice on fit (moved to slightly narrower bars and a slightly smaller frame than I thought I needed). All good, thanks Josh
