I would like to place on record the exceptional service received from both Andy Shore and Ben Fletcher.
My partner and I booked a bike fitting with Andy. We are mature cyclists riding e-bikes. It was immediately obvious that Andy has years of experience of bike fitting. He asked about our goals and ambitions and put us at ease straightaway. The fitting process itself was superb and an education in how to improve our riding style and comfort. Andy’s attention to detail was excellent and we left well satisfied that it had been money well spent.
A shout out to Ben Fletcher as well who carried out some bike adjustments for us on the spot to save us making another journey. Ben also provided us with a service roadmap for the future which we were very appreciative.
Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Sigma Sports Oakham for bike fitting and bike servicing.

Awful company , done an order on line and had to drive 2 hours to pick it up as some products are click and collect in store so it defaulted to every product having to be picked up from store and couldn’t be delivered , then a product faulty so let messing about sending it back , lots of time wasted on this and phone up to tell them and they where very unhelpful.
Avoid as the will let you down .
I rang up to say I didn’t want to go to Oakham and they said they could not send the stock to me
Why would I want to travel for 2 hours hence why I called , so no you didn’t give me an option to deliver the items .
As I said poor company and service and shocking availability of products and sizes .

Visited Sigma, as needed new bib shorts, helmet and was also looking for a new bike computer. As all previous visits very helpful staff and welcoming store.
The store does have limited stock but there’s no pressure to purchase. Managed to find pair of shorts, helmet and a new computer; much lighter bank account but very happy with purchases

In store purchases from the Oakham branch. Excellent email communication exchange. Requested items to view/try were made available with no obligation. Both helmet and shoe fitting service provided by Zoe was excellent. Purchased both items and enjoying using them.
A highly recommended store, always worth a visit as the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.

Friendly and informative service from my first chat with Will through the bike fit with Uldis and ultimately picking up my new bike (S-Works Aethos 2). Great information and advice from Uldis regarding my position on the bike (sorry that the natural curve in my back hurt your eyes 😁).
I have since purchased further items online and I’m very pleased with the overall service and have recommended Sigma Sports to my friends.
The bike itself was a dream and has certainly proved to be just that. Such a fantastic ride.
