Je commande depuis la Belgique depuis un bon moment déjà et le service est impressionnant ! Le choix des livres sont également incroyables ils ont vraiment énormément de choix et avec des livres qui sont devenus rares ! Le service est toujours au top ! Et pour couronner le tout ils offrent parfois des bons de réduction ! Merci Sifatsafwa pour votre travail!

There was a mistake with my order that was handled so professionally. They refused to take payment for the wrong book and still got me the correct book in addition without making me return the incorrect book. Excellent company inshaAllah they will have me as a customer for life.

What an amazing online bookstore!
I never knew they existed, and was surprised at how large their selection was, and that they ship in the US within a few days for a reasonable cost.
For many niche Arabic texts, I often have to wait to travel abroad to get them, but not only are they here, they're in STOCK.

I’ve ordered many books from the bookstore, but upon receiving Al-Qamoos Al-Muheet, I found the book to be damaged. The book fit the exact description listed for the “warehouse” deal. The “warehouse” are typically books that were damaged and for this reason they sell the book for much cheaper. The problem is I paid full price. What I received was warehouse quality. I related my matters to customer service, but they decided not to satisfy the buyer. All the other times I bought books, they were shipped to the United Sates for a cheap shipping fee in comparison to other bookstores. I love these guys and their efforts, but being such a successful business isn’t done through saving the most bucks. It’s done by satisfying the customer. The more you fulfill our wishes when we are upon the truth, then you will see more barakah.

Very good and reactive service bought a beautiful Quran for an excellent price.

Not sure where to start,1-great collections of islamic books.2- emails were answered quickly.3- my parcel arrived very quickly 4-packing was way better than expected. 5-prices overall was very decent.I'm simply Amazed by the service, جزاكم الله خيرا

bismillah wsalato wsalam 3la habibina mohamed ibn 3bdillah, tabarak allah cette maktaba vend des livres en arabe compliqué et rare à avoir en France, introuvable sauf sur internet maintenant de nos jours mashallah, j'ai pu avoir des ouvrages que je cherché depuis plus de 4,5ans al hamdolilah je recommande, aidons la umma à perdurer dans le commerce islamique

Maashaa aLlah c'est très bénéfique, on se réjoui d'avoir une librairie en ligne qui propose de très belles éditions et qualité, le prix reste raisonnable !

I have been using this library for almost 7 months.
The prints are good and the prices are reasonable

The book I ordered was extremely beautiful and in top tier condition. Not just that, the book didn’t have the usual fish smell that come from other bookstores! The staff of the bookstore, May Allah continue to give them tawfeeq, are doing a great khidmah for the ummah! My only criticism is the shipping time and fee. I know it’s shipped from outside of the US, so it’s understandable
