Dear Anamika,
Thank you for your feedback! We are glad to hear that SideKicker is helping with your project.
Please note that AI detectors provide probability estimates rather than exact results, and different tools may show different percentages. Sometimes even human written or edited content can still show a small AI probability because of certain writing patterns.
You may also try selecting different humanization goals in the Humanizer or using the AI Edit function to further enhance and refine the text.
If you ever need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at trustpilot@sidekicker.ai.

Alarmingly inaccurate AI detection
Alarmingly inaccurate AI detection. I didn't try the humanization or plagiarism services (which could be excellent for all I know) - just the free AI detection test and it flagged every piece of my own writing I put into it (in various styles from poetry, to essays, to journal entries) as 80-99% AI. Examples of actual AI generated writing I tested came back less than that! Such a high false positive rate doesn't encourage me to spend money on this service and could be seen as a deliberate attempt to push their humanizing service when it's not needed.

Hi Kate,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
Your careful testing across different writing styles is valuable and shows a thoughtful approach to evaluating the AI Content Detector.
AI detection works through probabilistic analysis of patterns in text, and results may vary depending on factors such as structure, style, and sample length.
We would appreciate the opportunity to review the examples you tested and help clarify the results. Please feel free to contact us at trustpilot@sidekicker.ai, and the team will gladly take a closer look and assist further.
Thanks again for your input.

Dear Karla,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the AI detection tool did not meet your expectations. AI detection technologies analyze patterns in text, and results can sometimes vary depending on wording, structure, and the specific detector being used. For this reason, different tools may occasionally produce different assessments for the same content.
We would truly appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you. If you could contact our support team at trustpilot@sidekicker.ai and share a bit more detail about the text you tested or the results you received, our team will gladly review your case and help clarify the outcome.
