Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for your update.
We understand your perspective regarding free access. Some basic features on our platform can be explored without charge, while more advanced tools, such as the humanizer, are part of the subscription. This allows us to maintain high-quality performance, improve accuracy, and continuously develop new features.
We truly value your feedback and would appreciate hearing more about what you expected from the tool and what would make it more useful for you. Your input helps us better align the experience with user needs.
If you’d like, please reach out to us at trustpilot@sidekicker.ai. We’d be glad to assist you further and explore options that could better suit your expectations.
Thank you again for sharing your opinion.

Total Ripoff, Charges when trying to cancel
they will charge you as soon as you try to cancel the subscription. the second you press the cancel subscription button, you are charged. they will also not show that the payment is in usd nad not in local currency that you are from, usually every other application will show you the payment amount in your local currency even if the company is based in USD. I was charged 1.5 times plus international transaction fee other than the price shown; on my first transaction.
The ai dector is false, it was shoeing there was no ai eventhough it wa showing 70-80% ai on others, used 4/5 other tools and all of them were showing more than 70% ai. Same with the humaniser, it doesnot pass any AI detection tools, this tool just doesn't work at all. Total Rip off

Dear Milan
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns about billing, currency display, and tool accuracy seriously and are sorry to hear that it caused you uncertainty about our platform.
We would like to note that our website displays prices in USD (United States Dollar) by default, as this is the currency we use for our transactions.
Our tools use advanced AI-driven algorithms to analyze text, comparing it against extensive databases and linguistic patterns. However, like any AI-based system, they have limitations that can occasionally produce inaccurate results. For example, AI models may misinterpret paraphrased content as original or, conversely, flag it as AI-generated even when written by a human. The tools rely on indexed sources, which may not cover every database, potentially resulting in missed or incorrect matches. Additionally, AI evaluates patterns rather than intent, so nuanced human writing can sometimes be misclassified.
Please contact us directly at trustpilot@sidekicker.ai so the Sidekicker.ai team can assist you and clarify your options.
Kind regards,
Sidekicker team
