The service received from Charlie & Jess has been amazing. They were so understanding when I moved the installation date several times due to builders on site. On the day of installation Charlie and his dad were ever so accommodating as we were all working from home. The shutters look so beautiful and wonderfully installed by Charlie.

Just had shutters fitted to 5 bay window and they are stunning! Absolutely love them.
So worth the wait and realistically priced.

Beautiful shutters and excellent service! We took the plunge and had whole house done. Charlie was super helpful giving advise on the kitchen shutter as I was concerned with it being so close to the sink.
Jess kept us updated all the way along, and shutters were fitting within the lead time Charlie said. No mess, no fuss.
So pleased, and would certainly recommend Shutters By James to anyone thinking of having shutters fitted.

Had our new shutter fitted today. We are over the moon with them. As a professional person myself, I like to see the same standards in others and give credit where credit is due. James came round and did the survey and done the fitting himself. They were spot on. We got a call about 3 weeks ago saying they will be here today at 9am. They were on time and fitted 4 large shutters in an hour. Worked very clean and made sure we knew how they worked before they left taking all rubbish with them.
I would whole heatedley recommend James to anyone that is thinking of having shutters done. Thanks for a great job. Karen.

So pleased with shutters for my bay window. I became very concerned as ordered (silly of me) before plastering was done - impatient with a long wait and typical the window sizes changed 😣 but with expert fitting it was not a problem and I am so pleased I ordered and can move into the room. Would highly recommend and I will be ordering more. They are just perfect 👌

From start to finish the service from Shutters by James had been excellent. They explained the different options and how they would be fitted. What can I say from the price to the fitting shutters by James was the right outfit for the job ,Charlie was polite efficient and tidy in his work and the shutters look fantastic I would recommend them without fail .
