The product and the fitter were 10 on a scale of 1-10 and admin 0 on a scale of 1-10
The product and the fitter were 10 on a scale of 1-10. The admin for the company was 0. A deposit of 1/2 price of the Shutters was almost £1000. Because moving funds the next morning the company refuses to offer the good will voucher from John Lewis. In addition they insisted on final payment without us seeing the shutters or having them installed, which was another additional £1000. This concerned us. Especially in today’s world.
We would not work with a company again paying almost £2000 without seeing the product prior to delivery

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are delighted to hear that you consider our product and our shutter specialist to be a 10/10. Delivering a high-quality product and professional installation is something we take great pride in.
However, we are sorry to learn that our payment process left you feeling dissatisfied. We understand that paying in advance may not suit everyone, and we appreciate your concerns. Whilst our payment terms are outlined throughout the purchasing process, including on our website and your quote, we understand this may still be frustrating for you.
We are grateful that, despite your reservations regarding payment, you are happy with the finished shutters and the end result.
Again, we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we will take this on board for the future.
Best wishes,

Happy customer
Really pleased with our appointment with Shutterly Fabulous from booking to the actual appointment. Very professional and helpful. Nevil listened to us then explained the options that would best suit our requirements. We were really pleased to hear that he would fit the shutters we discussed. When he left we discussed the quote and sent a couple of questions- he replied promptly. We ordered and are delighted with our discount and John Lewis vouchers. We’re confident with the product and look forward to getting the shutters fitted.

We had Glenn
We had Glenn, he was amazing and very knowledgeable. The best part was that he was not pushing us to purchase it on the day as a lot of the companies do. He discussed how the process work, displayed his samples, answered all of our questions and left it to us to make informed decisions. We had a quote from him, we were able to get a lower price from a different company which Shutterly fabulous then matched as they advertises. We have not had the shutters installed yet but so far our experience was incredible. Thanks to Glenn and his team.

Would 100% recommend
Very happy with the experience! I liked that it was the same person from start to finish - it made the process feel more personal and consistent.
Rauiri was really knowledgeable about all the product options. He patiently talked me through all the choices so I knew exactly what I wanted.
Installation was very quick and professional, he went above and beyond, even filling in the curtail rail holes. Left everything tidy and explained all the care instructions. Everything looks neat and perpendicular, even with my slightly wonky Edwardian windows.
Price was the cheapest quote I found and I’m very happy with the finished result! 10 year warranty is great to have.

A bit of a wait but great result!
We ordered our shutters through John Lewis. Measurements were taken by Shutterly Fabulous within two days of contacting John Lewis. Although we had to wait for more than 6 weeks for the shutters to be made and shipped, the shutters were installed at the appointed time and within a few hours. installer Joe Calcott delivered a tidy job and left our kitchen looking brighter and better. Job well done and highly recommended!
