Shutter installation
We first came across Shuttercraft on facebook and invited Nigel round to provide a quote. Nigel was very professional and informative and was very genuine, not like these pushy salesman, he listened to our requirements and gave good advice. We decided to go with shuttercraft as their quote was very competitive and after meeting their installer Steve who is also a lovely man filled us with confidence about the job. Nigel kept us informed at all times with progress of the shutters being made and timescales. On the day of installation they were extremely tidy and conscientious with working around our newly built house. The final result was well fitted beautiful shutters of great quality which exceeded all of our expectations. We certainly would recommend using Shuttercraft to anyone looking for quality shutters with a fantastic service. Thanks again Nigel and Steve from Duncan and Dawn

Outstanding help, advice and service.
From start to finish, these guys were so helpful. The advice on different product s (materials), the mechanisms for opening and closing, the various colour options and even down to the size of the slates ( for maximum light).
Prompt, efficient and clean installation. The quality if the product has far exceeded our expectations.
Highly recommended.

No 1 for customer service
This is the second project Nigel has done for us, this time supplying and installing specialist shutter for our bathroom and en-suite. Whilst the look and quality are to the highest standard, it was the additional time they took during the installation to ensure that the shutters were working perfectly and the sash windows still operated smoothly that made the difference.

I am no expert in blinds, but I found Shuttercraft were punctual, very clean and i think have delivered a very good job. The quality of the blind seem good but i guess time will tell! I did get a good feel from Nigel and his colleague and i do believe if we have any problems they will be happy to help. I would be happy to recommend this company

First Class company and staff, would not go anywhere else!
First Class customer service, company and Super quality product! Had both bay windows and a room divider and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. Well exceeded my expectations. I carried out extensive research before proceeding with Shuttercraft and have ‘not’ been disappointed. Nigel has been friendly, informative and worked with me professionally and non pressurising at every step. Which made my decision that much more reassuring to go with Shuttercraft, over any of the others I’d contacted and dealt with.
Installation - unbelievably clean, professional, fitter super experienced and thorough in his eye for perfection and detail. Amazing talent and obvious pride in his workmanship.
I would advise, do not be tempted to go cheap, shutters are a huge investment but boy they have to be right, well manufactured and fitted perfectly. And with all this in mind..
Would not go anywhere else than Shuttercraft herein, have sung their praise within my network of friends, as can happily Trust my recommendation to anyone. Something I do not do lightly.

Quality product, fitting and fabulous customer service.
So glad I stuck with my original requirements for my shutters as the extra monies spent are well worth it. A great investment and addition to make my house complete.
