Excellent shutters and customer service
I approached various companies for quotes to install shutters in my bedroom bay window. Martin was great in his product knowledge and didn't do any hard sell, he was just happy to explain the products and how they could work for me. There was no rush, no pressure and a wealth of suggestions and guidance - just what I needed as I always say I'm not the expert and need to be advised on what is possible. The quality of the shutters spoke for themselves and they were the only company to offer integrated blackout blinds which I needed for as dark a room as possible.
Any communications were professionally handled and I fully understood the timescales and process for installation.
Installation day went so smoothly and my room was left clean and tidy. A fully professional job on all levels and I'd be happy to recommend Shuttercraft as I will use them again for other rooms.

Everything arrived on time, the product is a quality product and the fitting finish absolutely without fault. Martin from Shuttercraft replied to our initial email query almost immediately and visited within days and aided us with his knowledge to measure quote and order all in his visit and delivered and fitted them personally.we are very pleased with the results and are considering having other shutters fitted.

We did considerable research before…
We did considerable research before choosing Shuttercraft, Lancashire. There are cheaper brands available but none that could provide the quality and style of these shutters. Martin was an absolute star from start to finish. He was able to give us invaluable advice based on his background in design. The measurement and fitting appointments were both done during the Covid restrictions and he complied with all regulations.
We are so pleased with the end result and if we were allowed, would invite everyone we know to come in and see them! 😀 Great Service, great company would highly recommend.

Great all round experience for shutters
Had shutters for an extra wide bedroom window installed by Martin late November 2020. Martin was able to visit to discuss all the options within a few days after emailing, which was much sooner than an appointment I had scheduled for 3 weeks later with another brand. He listened to what I wanted and went beyond expectations in his knowledge, friendliness and being honest about pricing and what would be best value - pricing up a cheaper venetian blinds option as well as the shutters. On installation day Martin arrived on time with everything ready to install. Installation took a few hours and he worked tirelessly throughout, able to answer any questions. Would not hesitate to use Shuttercraft Lancashire again in the future and reccomend to others, the shutters are of fantastic quality and I find myself using them in many different combinations, they also really helped to update and finish the room to a modern standard. Thank you!

Martin is a very friendly and helpful person. Nothing was too much trouble. Good clean workmanship. Very competitive quote for my shutters. Once the shutters were fitted all of the packaging was taken away. The finished product when installed is stunning. Overall I am very pleased with the result and with the shutters.

Martin was so helpful to us when we were choosing which blinds to purchase. He was informative and we enjoyed meeting with him. So over and above the excellent product, it was actually Martin himself that influenced our decision to purchase the blinds with him. So if you are looking for an excellent product and a genuine / friendly person who cares about what they do, then I’d highly recommend Martin and Shuttercraft. It has proven to be a wise choice, the blinds are functioning well and people complement us on the blinds all the time. They really showcase our property!
