Hi omar,
I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience. I can assure you that all games are conducted fairly. Regarding the weekly and monthly, we have passed your feedback to the team, apologies.
If you played on any Originals, those are provably fair, please reach out to us at support@shuffle.us if you need assistance verifying your play.
I recommend not playing at Shuffle.Us
I recommend not playing at Shuffle.Us
It used to be the best casino out there. Now it's the most rigged, most scammish pathetic excuse ever. I have lost over $4,000 in the past 2 months now. Customer Support is a sorry excuse for help. They lie about everything. The level up VIP bonuses are horrible and are the absolute worst in the world. Maybe I will change my review if they stop cheating and start being a good fair casino. Shrekdaddy is my username on most casinos. Y'all know that I am a honest person so why would I lead you astray

Hi Davo,

This casino is the same as the rest
This casino is the same as the rest. Don't gamble online or anywhere nowadays its all a scam. Don't believe the hype your chances of walking away a winner are almost 0. They also ran a scummy promotion on Facebook asking people to write good reviews here for a "tip" in their account balances and then deleted the post less than a day after. That's why a review has the word party in it and a bunch of 5 stars popped up within a few hours of each other yesterday. Don't be fooled this site is 100% a scam.

Shuffle.us is where it's at!!
Ive won quite a big from playing a shuffle. My favorite games are mines and keno which are two of their provably fair games. I've hit nultis of 500X on Keno and on mines 76x 800x and even a 2000x. They have a decent vip program and I like that you can purchase and redeem in crypto. Shuffle is probably my favorite casino.
